We got there 5 minutes late because couldn't find parking and after we signed in receptionist said that we were late that we needed to reschedule and she was very rude and unprofessional. Won't go back

The office staff is incompetent! Literally every time I went there, there was a problem with a referral. Either They wait until 5pm the day before to contact you and let you know you need an updated referral or not at all! And the doctor just hands out scripts doesn’t even try to find the problem before doing so. Horrible !

The parking is terrible! They book the office to capacity with about 25 people (with mask on) the check in staff is rude and unprofessional, the manager is less than competent and the doctor has no decent bedside manner with patient. I had a horrible humiliating experience there and do not recommend this practice. Their main priority is getting your co pay and insurance. It’s like a cattle call office setting with the staff yelling your name at a bingo game for service. Stay away from that place!

Horrible practice from the parking (inadequate) to the staff( rude, unprofessional, many not wearing a mask) overbooked like a cattle call casting, the doctor has no decent patient bedside manner and would not allow me to sit in the consult with my disabled spouse and called me on the phone while I am in the office to explain what he had done. Didn’t have the common decency to speak to me in person. I was horrified at the level of rudeness that we experienced at this place. It was like visiting a state run facility for indigent people with no insurance. They quickly collect your co pay and insurance and that’s their focus and priority. Don’t put your medical health in the hands of this incompetent practice no matter how convenient the location is or you will regret it!

This practice is money focus.The parking is inadequate, so dont even try to gauge your arrival time based on your appointment. The check in staff is rude, condescending, and the office is always over booked for the pandemic state we are currently in. You are required to wear a mask but many of the staff members are not. The nurses are rude and unfriendly. Dr. Pinon would not allow me to sit in the exam with my disabled spouse “because the space is too small” ; and he would not speak to me in person, but called me on the phone while I sat in the waiting room! Just rude and unprofessional practice from beginning to the end. They yell and scream at patients right in your presence. The nurse told my spouse that if we don’t like their procedures, then don’t come back. That was the best advice she could give. And we will never return or recommend that shoddy practice to anyone we know. Don’t put your medical health in these incompetent people hands. You will regret it!

Horrible and unprofessional. Don’t put your health in the hands of these rude and incompetent so called “ medical professionals.”! All they want from you is your co pay and insurance. If you enjoy having your name yelled out into the office, hearing combative conversations with other patients, a doctor that demeans you , then enjoy yourself because that’s what you will experience. Never go here!

The place is overbooked ( we are still in covid) parking is terrible, staff unfriendly and unprofessional and dont are wear mask but mandate mask for patients. They focus on getting your conpay and insurance and getting you out of the office as fast as they can to get their maximum medical billing quota. Don’t choose this practice, you will regret it, I promise you. The doctor is in it for the money not patient care.
