If possible will give a 0. There is no words to describe the incompetence I have had experience for a 2nd time. I'm still setting in here right now at 11:15pm since 6:23pm that I got here. All they have done is an actual CT scan. They say it will be one more hr until the results. But they also said here in there web page that the estimated wait time in a Emergency visit is an hr and I'm still here after 6 hrs with nothing done but a 15min CT scan.. Unless there is no other hospital in the word I will be back...

The emergency center and the recepcionist team are very unprofecional . I have being here since 12 at noom and it is 6 pm and they have not provide the medication to my mon.

0 stars this Hospital hires nurses like Jamie Para who works in the Oncology department and gives her full power to do as she pleases. She should not be a nurse because she treats patients super bad, she does not care if they are suffering and if in my case I complaint because she refuse to help my dad even when he was dying and in so much pain she kick me out of the hospital not letting me say good buy to my father. This I would never ever forget. This women is very far from being a professional and still Baptist hospital main campus oncology department in Kendall keeps her there and protects her! shame on you.

Ya no se puede ir al emergency Baptist de niños. Ya no existe. Es junto con el de adultos. Cuando llegas no te hacen triage y te ponen junto en la sala de espera con adultos. A pesar de q tomaron la temperatura de mi niño por el COVID y tenía fiebre, ahí lo dejaron sin hacer preguntas. La fiebre le seguía subiendo, hasta q tuve q ir a donde está la supuesta enfermera de triage y desir le que mi hijo tenía 102.2 de fiebre y necesita por lo menos un Tylenol. Me dijeron q tenía q esperar( créanlo o no) que ella no podía hacer nada. Imagínense todo lo que le dije, yo creo q estaban esperando a que mi hijo de 2 años convulsionará ahí. Luce dramático. Pero yo trabajo en un hospital y la verdad q la atención en el Baptist está muy mal y no es la primera ves q me sucede aquí. Pero por de él más cercano a donde vivo , siempre he ido ahí. Pero fue la última, ahí no me ven mas. Cuidado, yo ustedes no llevaría a mis hijos a este lugar. Y para q seguir. Terrible experience, como Padres nosotros nos sentimos muy mal atendidos, 0 Compasión. Ellos ven q estás disgustado y te ignoran, no les importa, y no hacen ni el mínimo intento por que cambies la opinión. Todos están iguales diría yo, pero el Baptist se caracteriza por la experiencia al paciente y está es horrible

Worst hospital ever. Long story short I had to give birth by myself due to false positive covid test. I never had covid they wouldn't let my boyfriend nor mother see me. Wouldn't give them no updates about me just kept saying nobody could contact me. Once I got out of the hospital I took a test and came back negative... That really traumatized me.... At times like this the worst thing that they can do is make somebody give birth by themselves. Don't recommend nobody. I only gave birth there because I started dilating and it was the closest hospital never again.
