El servicio del team médico y enfermeras es súper bueno son 10 estrella pero el personal de información no tiene buen customer service será por pandemia pero si te operan un paciente de una cirugía open heart estás esperando recibiendo la llamada de laenfermera el salón cada 1 hr pero ellos en la puerta no te dejan pasar al salón de espera sentado afuera 5 horas hasta q te aviven de ICU para ver alpaciente bajo el sol sin baño en fin o pan el bien servicio q da todo el resto del equipo multidisciplinario. eso tiene q cambiar

At Baptist Cardiovascular Institute I experienced a 7 star service I specifically recognize an outstanding job from Carlos Avila an angel from the MRI Team Dr St John and his team Dr Joseph McGinn and his team NP Salome and NP Eva. In general every single employee delivers a very high standard of Quality of Service at this state of art hospital.I strongly recommend this Cardiovascular Institute to anyone suffering or suspecting a heart problem.

It’s really nice place very professional and staff amazingly nice and helpful. My mom got admitted in it and doctor Gomez nurses and general staff made us feel very good and made easier our pains and problems.

I have been calling for days and every time I get an automatic voice asking to hold for the next rep. It keeps me holding up to 35 mins. I just hung up because I can’t be on hold forever.How can I get someone on the line to make an appointment???????????????

I had a ct scan done on August 3 2020 and want to thank the amazing staff who took care of me..first very knowledgeable nurse Ismal did my prep..then big smile nurse Eddie welcomed me for the procedure...not to forget wonderful caring tech Julio showing concern for my comfort...Please let them know they were much appreciated and are a great asset to your department.

They need to try and work on keeping appointment times. I find it disrespectful to make someone wait 2 hours after the time they were asked to arrive for their appointment. I’m sure they would not appreciate it if I arrived 2 hrs late to my appointment.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable however the level of communication between staff doctors nurses physical therapists etc and family is terrible TERRIBLE. They need to get their act together.

My Father Pierre Hyppolite had his heart surgery done in April by Dr. Micheal... and My Entire Family would Like to acknowledge and thank the whole Team that took part how grateful we are with the whole procedure... We thank you and thank the Lord for a successful surgery...
