Doctor did not actively listen to how our child became injured and unfortunately wasted time and brain space focused on the wrong body part. Receptionists we’re overly rigid and not child-friendly. Not a place we’d return to

front desk staff is unattentive and unprofessional. no attention to detail or sense of urgency. staff were loudly playing around and laughing behind the desk instead of working and taking personal calls on the work phone that could be overheard.

From the minute I entered, the staff was very helpful, professional and concerned about my well-being. There was dry little wait before I was taken in the back and shortly say the doctor. He wanted to do X-rays and I was taken to get those done right away. The doctor came in the room shortly after and discussed his diagnosis and discussed the meds he would like me to take. Checking out was done virtual right in the room and I was given Rx info which I could fill at a machine in the lobby. Wow, talk about full service. I was there a total of no more than 45 min including getting all my meds. Amazing service and amazing staff. Thank you for such great care.

Great experience at this place! Staff is excellent and very helpful. My grandma and I were seen shortly after we went in to get our COVID-19 tests. The nurses and physicians were very gentle. Alexandra was the nicest! Overall, definitely recommend this location for any emergency medical purposes you may have.
