We were seen rapidly. The staff was kind and caring and my mom had the xrays she needed. Thankfully nothing broken!

I went in Thanksgiving Day. The two receptionists were laughing at a nice old lady almost on her face. Once we were in, We could barely understand the nurse instructions because the entire staff was laughing and chatting very high volume, basically having a blast. That is an urgent care. If u want to celebrate Thanksgiving in advance so do not go to work on a Holiday and stat home for the sake of your patients. I had covid with a very strong sore throat. They gave me the usual medicine for covid without telling me that I could go to a 24/7 pharmacy. I had to ask and after a while they found the address. They actually told me that they were about to close, which meant they had no more time to waste. As a result the day after I had to go to an other urgent care and finally they gave me a shot for the pain, and prescribe Ibuprofen 800, so the terrible sore throat got better and I could swallow the pills they gave me the day before. BTW I never saw a doctor, just nurses I will actually file a formal complaint
