Greeted with a friendly smile. Lab tech was extremely attentive and nice. Took a little bit longer after X-ray to hear results but all in all definitely would return again.

The staff is all very kind, helpful and sympathetic. Unlike your typical ER where the patient is treated like a medical record instead of a human needing help, this particular urgent care always provides excellent care, no matter what, and everyone is a pleasure to deal with.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was super sweet and kind, honestly one of the bests Baptist hospital/urgent care experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10 would go again to this location

Everyone was very attentive and the place was exceptional in cleanliness. X ray tech was very attentive to my daughters needs. He was especially careful because she was hurting.
