I was not looking forward to this visit expecting to spend the rest of my day waiting to be seen as that is what I had heard from friends. What a pleasant surprise! I was seen within a few minutes (less than 10 minute wait) by a nurse and 2-3 minutes later the doctor. Everyone was extremely pleasant, making me feel as if my health issue was all that mattered. While I do not plan to return anytime soon, I'm glad and happy, knowing I have Baptist Urgent Care in my neighborhood.

Had an excellent experience at this urgent care! My nurse Michael was awesome, kind, and worked efficiently to get me the care I needed. The ARNP Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. What a great team!
