Had an excellent experience at this urgent care! My nurse Michael was awesome, kind, and worked efficiently to get me the care I needed. The ARNP Heidi was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. What a great team!

The staff was very professional, competent and courteous. Diagnosis was prompt and the antibiotics prescribed can be conveniently purchased from a vending machine. I recommend Baptist Urgent Care without hesitation.
