Great experience. I arrived when they opened at 11:00 am. Had X-ray performed and a steroid shot for my lower back pain. I was in the Baptist healthcare system and was set up for an appointment with Baptist Health care orthopedic doctor, if pain persist.Also provided an oral steroid.

I came in with my 8 year old daughter because she got both her earrings stuck in her earlobes. When we got called in with the nurse.. used gloves where used to take her vital signs. He didn’t even wash his hands in the triage room upon us arriving which is Baptist policy (wash hands in and out). He took us to another room where we would wait for the doctor where he asked further questions and checked her ears.. with the same gloves. He left. The doctor came in (Dr. Alexis Pereda) with used gloves. Didn’t wash hands, didn’t change gloves. Immediately looked at her ears with the same gloves .. opened the door with the same gloves and asked for a laceration tray. He successfully took out my daughters earrings quickly but didn’t even ask her to sit down nor explained what he was about to do nor used sterile technique or even a clean standard technique!! My 8 year old went home shocked and called him a savage. After he took out the earrings he just left. He left her ears bleeding.. didn’t even clean them or ask a nurse AT LEAST to clean them. I asked for some antibacterial ointment. He said no. I will never go there again.

I literally waited only15 minutes to be seen. From the time i entered to the time i exited, i was treated like royalty. Everyone was friendly, caring, careful and extremely caring. I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone was.

Had a great experience! Fast service caring nurses and doctor took the time to answer all of my questions. I’ve been to various Baptist and other urgent care facilities, this particular one on 144th and US1 by far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend it.
