Excellent doctor, nurse, and med. tech. My only criticism is with the receptionist. I had been exposed to someone with COVID in the ER at Baptist Community HOSPITAL on October 15 when I went there for terrible knee pain. I had been told that THREE to FIVE days post- exposure I should get myself a COVID test to be on the safe side, however the receptionist at this Urgent Care said I should wait 10 days....I'm glad I didn't listen to her and wait five days more! The urgent care doctor here said 3 to 5 days is perfect for my peace of mind. By the way, my COVID test result came back: Negative! BIG Relief!

From the moment you walk in the front doorway, everyone was very professional. I did not have to wait to long on anyone but my test results but that is expected. Definitely will be found back if I need medical assistance.

Worse service ever, took my baby with high fever, at arrival made the person from the front desk aware and he told me you have 3 people in front of him I let the nurse know, he didn’t let no one know, after the long wait the “doctor” with zero empathy didn’t check my babys throat didn’t bother not even when I expressed concerns about it, she roughly checked his ears, making him cry and scared that had to asked for assistance, the nurse who was nicer than her helped her to check his ears. Then she recommended COVID testing, flu and throat test that made my baby vomit the room, he looked miserable but they didn’t care and send him home with fever and with instructions to give him liquids. If you have small Childrens don’t take them there, first time I have such a horrible experience at that location,

Highly recommended, the staff was friendly, the service was quick and I was in and out within an hour. Was able to get diagnosed and get the medicine I needed all in one place without the need to go to a pharmacy and the medicine was reasonably priced. Would go back if needed anytime.
