My experience inside the urgent care was excellent. The care and attentiveness I received from the staff was great however, there was one staff member that made my experience not so enjoyable. She goes by the name lani and I believe she is a security guard. she was extremely unprofessional during my visit. She was very rude to myself and the other patients. She was violating HIPPA protocol asking other patients the reason for our visit. She was very loud and obnoxious talking about other patients to people on her phone.

The staff was very professional, thorough and efficient. I was so relieved to be able to get my prescription right there & then as I was not feeling up to driving and waiting at the pharmacy. A fast way to get my healing started!Thank you. Happy Holidays all.
