Awful. Nurse acted as I was an alien.Didn’t take my temperature, yet reported 36.5 Celsius. Interesting enough I had a fever 38.5 Celsius. Can’t wait for the bill to see what you will be charging.

The nurse and doctor that attended me while I was at the urgent care were amazing. Great bedside manner. Very friendly and got me feeling better before I even left. Dr Pando was great. My general PCP doctor doesn’t spend as much time with me in my physicals as Dr Pando did explaining to me what my pain was, what could have caused it, how to avoid it in the future. He took the time to explain the meds I was given how they work and when to expect them to kick in. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my urgent care needs.

I’m very disappointed that Baptist Health was very happy to take multiple x-rays without any attempt to find out what my out-of-pocket expenses would be after my insurance company paid, or at least give me an estimate. (I received a bill from Baptist for $1,497.)Update: after the business responded, I called the number provided, to discuss my bill, a week ago. No one answered my call in person, but the system invited me to leave a message, which I did, with my name and contact number. To date, I have not been called, but I did receive a second bill, marked FINAL NOTICE in a big red font on the envelope. Nice to know that Baptist Health is focused on the money! (Shortly thereafter, I received a notice that my bill had been turned over to Kendall Credit and Business Service, a collection agency.)BOOTOM LINE: AVOID BAPTIST FACILITIES. BAPTIST FACILITIES ARE EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN GET THE SAME QUALITY OF CARE ELSEWHERE, MUCH CHEAPER, IN MY OPINION.

The Dr. Seemed to shame me as she asked several times why did I wait 1.5 weeks to be seen. Eventhoug the Nurses and the other Dr. Found my reasoning valid.
