Never pick up the phone

Dr. Muina is the best, very thorough and caring. However, her scheduling person Monica, is the worst. Does not return calls, rude and not very caring. It's a shame, since like I said the Dr. is the best. If Monica does not like dealing with patients, she should find another job.

I am not a patient of Dr Munia but I want to leave a 5 Star review for her staff specially Mercy for taking the time to talk to me on the phone regarding my appointment today. I really appreciate you helping me on the phone.

My Strict Skorpian Grandmother, Abuela Neida Luisa Fuentes, a healthcare patient of Dr. Barbara Muiña's, would call me, her grandson, "shit eater," "dumbass" and "huge chunk of shit" in Spanish, going high against her mental illnesses and psychiatric disorders with cigarette addictions in which Dr. Muiña had failed to notice the disgusting smell of my grandmother's Virginia Slims cigarettes, and her addiction to Cafe Bustelo and other Cuban Coffees that caused me to attempt Suicides TWICE while living with her. I suffer from Types 1 and 2 Diabetes and Hashimoto's memory loss, depression and despair after my Abuela Neida would curse me into "forgetting things" from "Bóbo" to "Cóme Míerda" to "Mojón" to "Híjo Púta" and more! She now skips her Psychiatric medications over her upset Stomach because of her Coffee Addictions, in which she can't sleep at night. Green Tea cools me off and can prevent cancer, strokes, heart attacks, and tooth decay; lower cholesterol; lower blood pressure; and get patients to recover much faster from heart attacks and strokes. Get Dr. Muíña to finally guide her patients like my Grandmother in lowering prescription blood pressure medication dosages to align with Green Tea servings. My Grandmother worships Satan and wears her Gold Kross Ring that cursed me since I was a kid and a poor Black Slave man who was whipped harshly by Snake Master man, her Fascist Republican Lover. She uses Old Spice for Men that increases her testosterone and her tendencies to fight with her family members and friends.

Yo no recomiendo ni esta doctora ni esta clínica incompetente su personal la doctora cancela las citas el mismo dias más 3 veces me canceló la cita el servicio es más informal que en cuba no pierda su tiempo y busque un endocrino con más ganas de trabajar porque esta esta de muy mal gusto

I was so excited to finally get my thyroid in check after years of torment. This doctor came highly recommended to me from family so I could trust their word. And great news...the doctor is amazing! She is spectacular and attentive. Now, all doctor's offices have a component of attention from the doctor and care from the staff and this staff DOES. NOT. CARE. about their patients. A person is at their most vulnerable when seeking medical assistance and this level of dissmissiveness and inattentiveness is SO disheartening considering the doctor was helpful to me. It constantly makes me question returning to this office for service. Please contact me directly for details on the staff that mishandled my patient information and my experience at this office.

I don’t recommend dr. Muina as an endocrinologist for hypothyroid disease. If you are searching for a good and open minded endocrinologist that will take your symptoms seriously, please continue looking. She did nothing to relieve my frustrating hypothyroid symptoms; she left me under-medicated despite my symptoms and would not consider prescribing other thyroid medications. This review keeps getting deleted, I will repost it as many times as necessary to share my experience with others who suffer from this disease.

I seldom write any reviews. My family has been using doctors Muina and Loman for many years. They are absolutely the BEST, hands down. Sometimes I've had issues with the office staff, but Jeffrey Loman is head and shoulders above 99% of doctors today. His wife has impressed my sister like for ever, and sis is highly critical, herself a professional. We come from a family of doctors. Sis had a child with medical issues and always asked a lot of questions. You're not going to; get better doctors than this team anywhere.

Dr. Munia is amazing doctor she really cares about her patients she is always in contact with me about my diabetes and thyroid she is amazing and the staff is great thank you so much
