I wouldn’t be able to tell you about my visit because they didn’t show up for my appointment. I had a virtual appointment and no one contacted me. I am in pain and they do not answer ANY of their phone calls or messages. Took over a month just to get in contact with them to make the appointment. And even with that, the appointment was 5 weeks away. And NOTHING. I have called over 10 times, left a numerous amount of messages for them and no one contacts me. I had the dr who referred me to him try to call them and they still don’t answer. The worst dr office I have ever experienced PLUS they made me mail them in my records and told me they lost them. HOW? Supposedly dr Katzen really wanted to see me because of my condition but I have YET to hear anything from them. How does a dr skip over an appoinment in their book?! HOW?! I need my records back and they still do not answer their phone. Valery, the assistant is absolutely no help. She receives all the messages but doesn’t get back to me

After visiting nearly a dozen doctors related to diagnosing and treating FMD, I finally decided to drive 4 hours to Dr. Katzen. It was the best drive I've ever made. He (and has wonderful team) are detail oriented, thoughtful, and experienced.

Dr. Katzen and all his staff are very caring and professional. My aynurism was located and the problem solved with a stent. I have and would again highly recommend Dr. Katzen to anyone with an abdominal aynurism who wants the very best of care.

This is my 4th time seeing Dr. Katzen, he is very perfessional aaaaand knowlegeable I would trust him with my life. I am back twice az year he can't get to my anuyseumn and he wish he could it's in a terrib le location, don't want stomach surgery, it could have lots of complications. He is just wonderful i don't know of a Doctor I would trust more, You are not just a number his staff is wonderful.....
