They didn’t just treat me like a patient; they built a real connection, and that kind of respect goes a long way. Darcy was incredible, her energy and kindness meant more to me than she’ll ever know. Yenelis, the masseuse, was amazing and so knowledgeable. I absolutely adore her! My favorite, Dr. Simmons, and Kenia made sure I was comfortable and cared for at every step. Thank you all for the love, laughs, and genuine care. I enjoyed every moment and miss you already!💜❤️

I am a brand new woman, thanks to Dr. Jaime Flores and all the wonderful staff at Beautyland. Surgery was 06/24/25! Even seeing Dr Flores and Dr Simmons in passing they acknowledged me and were always very polite and kind. Dr Flores is known for his breast work with cancer survivors and this being close to my heart I chose to work with him. Meeting him was a such a warm and welcoming experience. This man felt so comforting upon finally meeting him on the day before my surgery I left feeling even happier with my decision to choose him. He truly cares about his patients my incisions are healing beautifully, no complications at all. The whole staff has been attentive and supportive. These Miami cosmetic places are all similar in business practices, I’m sure. Very busy, very in and out. But I can say with my whole heart that my experience was beyond fantastic, at Beautyland! Kenia, the nurse I had the pleasure of seeing on a couple occasions was very thorough and answered all my questions. She gave extra information, just to make sure I fully understand what is good for my recovery! I highly recommend, and I had a lot of work done all at once! *Breast lift *Tummy Tuck *Lipo to back and flanks with transfer to butt and hips (BBL) *Back lift I have already paid deposits for arm lift, thigh lift, and chin lift! I plan on booking next year! I’ve lost over 130lbs and they have given me so much, they don’t even know! Thank you to everyone at Beautyland!

I just had my surgery done on April 9 by Dr Jaime Ivan Flores he has been an absolute angel with bedside manner and following up with his patients pre op and post op. I have also been getting awesome massages which are a MOST with Yenelis Alvarez she been amazing. I wish all people that have had the experience I had also reviewed their care. It’s so easy to write a bad review but when we have to congratulate a team for their efforts and attention and support during this long journey it takes people conscience to leave a review. Am not one to follow on reviews because it takes 10 good experiences to have a nice review written but only one bad negative on anything in life to have that review reach a whole country and sometimes are just retaliation on minor things in life. Thats why am taking my time to thank the whole team at Beauty Land Plastic Surgery for the amazing time and experience I have had with all of you. Thanks cant wait to see my true body in 6 month from having a BBL, fat grafting to the boobs, 360 body lipo with chin, arms and inner thighs with J Plasma and a tummy tuck done on the same day. Desde el inicio la experiencia fue maravillosa. Tienen un personal muy profesional y calificado. Atienden las dudas desde la primera llamada. Te asesoran durante el proceso pre y post operatorio. Ambos cirujanos son certificados, aunque elegí al Dr Simmons, conozco la trayectoria del Dr Flores. La atención es espectacular. Mi próxima cirugía será allí. Amo mis resultados. ​

I came to BeautyLand on 03/17/2025 for an extended tummy tuck procedure that was done by Dr. Flores. When I arrived I came to check in at the front desk with the 2 receptionist, 1 had an attitude because she were working different departments and the other was nice. Upon checking in to my appointment they told me I had to pay a fee of $200 for paperwork they sent to my email I had already filled out months before my surgery date. The paperwork they sent to my email was basically information regarding my medical history. That paperwork has to be filled out before moving to the next step in the process. They made me pay for a (Lovadesse) shot that I didn’t receive. After surgery on my 1st appointment I was supposed to receive a massage (WASNT RECEIVED) although it was included in my package. A receptionist call me later Tuesday evening and told me “I’m Sorry We Forgot To Give You That Lovadesse Shot I’ll Have To Schedule You For Tomorrow(which was Wednesday March 18th 2025) and I missed my 2nd appointment because I didn’t need the shot. I came to my last appointment before going home (Saturday March 22nd 2025) I asked can I get reimbursed for that $100 Lovadesse shot I didn’t receive, my nurses name was (Kenya and Nicole) that’s the names they gave me. Nicole left out the room and Kenya came in. Nicole left out the room and said she was going ask the manager about my reimbursement. Then Kenya came in and told me “you did receive the shot the girl who told you that you didn’t receive the shot is new and she’s training” I instantly said “NO SHES NOT NEW OR TRAINING” I was upset because now you’ll are getting over on me and maybe others also. I even asked the 2 of them (IF I WAS A SURGEON AND MY RECEPTIONIST CALLED AND TOLD YALL WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOU BECAUSE WE FORGOT TO GIVE YOU YOUR LOVADESSE SHOT BUT YOU COME BACK DAYS LATER AND SAY YES YOUVE HAD IT WHAT WOULD YOULL THINK ?) They both looked at each other and me and said I’ll think I didn’t receive my shot either, so then We stood going back and forth about me not receiving this shot. Afterwards Nicole walked out again and said she’s going to listen to the phone call (because they record your phone calls) messages and come back I said ok. She never returned and Kenya walked out and said she’s going to call someone whomever she called in one of their employee rooms I left out the room and went to the front lobby area. Kenya then tried again to make me sign a refusal form to make it seem like I refused the shot I said no I’m not signing that because I didn’t refuse the shot you’ll forgot to give it to me that’s a big difference so I wanted my reimbursement back. Overall my experience with Dr. Flores was at ease he explained everything and he’s friendly, his staff is not friendly and my experience was horrible I don’t recommend this spot for a surgery procedure AT ALL…if I would’ve found a spot in Texas first I WOULD HAVE NEVER CAME TO BEAUTYLAND PLASTIC SURGERY EVER and I’ve also told that to Kenya and Nicole.

Regret getting my surgery im your clinic my body is all uneven. I been getting massages 3 times a week and still my body is uneven. Worst experience ever. I have yo undergo another surgery to fix what your clinic did to me. I went to another clinic and they told me the surgery I had at Beautyland is horrible I do not recommend worst place you can go My surgery was 12/09/24
