Belkys Bravo's Online Review Report Card

If there was the option to put 0 star, i would put it. The service here is AWFUL. the main doctor, a totally evil woman. I would not recommend coming here at all unless you want to receive attitude and hostility. No empathy for children at all.

Tremendo atendí a mi hijo durante 14 años y a mis otros 3 niños. Mi cita 10:30 am llegue 10:32 , me llamaron 11:22 para pasar a consulta con 4 niños es imposible esperar casi una hora para que sean atendidos , obviamente me fui. Buscando otra pediatra , antes con la Doctora Bravo era todo muy diferente. Lamento tener que dejar a la pediatra de mis hijos por buscar una nueva pero si vas con cita programada no se puede esperar 1 hora para ser atendido . Entiendo perfectamente lo que dice y lo comprendo , el problema es que aun sin pacientes la espera es larguísima, una señora que estaba allí tenía cita a las 11 y pasó antes que nosotros , eso quiere decir que no es por más de una cita programada , solo tenia cita uno de mis niños .

Las doctoras muy amables , pero es muy demorado para que lo atiendan y lo peor que no tienen algo atractivo para entretener los nenes deberían de tener un tv más grande con caricaturas para los niños 😏 el que tiene es súper pequeño y nunca lo tiene funcionando 🤦🏼‍♀️

Belkys is great doctor and person. However the staff and especially the office manager are extremely rude. The mani it's I walked in with my daughter they told me she needed to have a mask on otherwise the doctor wouldn't see her. She's an 8 month old baby. The wouldn't even let me speak to the doctor. The just shut the window in my face and told me to leave. Never going back.

I’ve been coming here for years, when I was 9, the care and staff have always been nice to me and pushed aside their busy hours to make the experience all the more memorable. I am now 19 years old and gladly tip my hat to the honest, hard working staff that has watched me grow into a strong, healthy adult with ambitions and dreams that will never die because I had the pleasure of having my health secured here at Belkys Bravo by Dr. Bravo and her amazing staff! I've brought my son here since he was born and they have always been great honestly. Like every Doctor's office sometimes they take way longer than other days but that's normal honestly. They always took care of all of my concerns for my son and I truly love that. They speak English & Spanish so this is great as I speak both but my partner only English. I recommend this to anyone who asks what Doctor my son goes to.

Worst service worst nurses . That don’t eve approach you when they walk in the exam room .. please don’t take your kids to This dr and the office manger is the worst

This office is amazing my first has been going to Dr. Bravo since she was a baby and now she's 14 and still my son has been going here since he was baby too. I live far distance from this office and to me it's worth the drive I have trusted her with my kids. I have watched the staff grow into young women and mothers. This my office coral way

I was interested in reading the reviews when I was in this office, my girl's appointment was at 3:30 pm and she was seen at 5:40 pm, a single doctor (Dr. Bravo)treating many children at the same time, the staff says it is First time they attend late, but reading the reviews I realize that this is always. They schedule appointments for several children at the same time, that office is in chaos. the doctor attends in a hurry so the care is bad. I am surprised by the good reviews.i dont recommend this dr.
