Pacheco, you may be a good dr but you run with scam clinics. It will catch up to you. The state is aware of the practices and your time is limited. You are part of the bait and switch, always upselling and changing the type of surgery and the cost. The State of Florida consumer affairs frowns on these types of practices. The clinic you are associated with does not follow protocols ie, no waiting areas, no access to medical records for 30 days, no after care packet. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR, SHE IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. The clinic will keep your money for unperformed services, and make the patient chase them for credit. There are multiple lawsuits against these operations.

This message is for Dr. Bella Pacheco. I had a bbl on Thursday from professional plastic surgery, and was charged an extra 1500. I came here from Kansas City to get a tummy tuck and bbl. You spoke to me the day of surgery, and said you do not combine the two. I sent in pictures of my body, and they should have never put the 2 together if you will not perform them. I was given the price of 7500 for both, and you said I should be able to get a refund. My refund should have been 3500, and the only gave me 2000. Ir is unlawful for the price to change, and I not know about it. The website said bbl start at 4000, and my coordinator. Maria said I would get 3000, because the bbl was 4500. When I spoke with the facility, they said you asked for 5500. How can a bbl be that much different in price? My BMI was in range at 24.8. Why is it that you had not seen my pictures to give me an accurate price if it was you that change the price. I am highly upset, and want my other 1500 refunded. This place is a puppy mill, with no concerns about their patients. U wanted to reach out to you before going through other avenues. Gloria Yates

One of my closest friends went in for a consultation at Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Institute of South Florida. She told me that everyone was super friendly and her experience was great. After having her initial consultation with Dr. Pacheco she decided to schedule the procedure during the kids spring vacation. I don’t live in Florida but since I’m visiting Orlando with my kids I decided to maybe add a quick trip since I’m already here for a consultation. I have always wanted to do a tummy tuck, but have always been so nervous. I decided to do my own research and reviewed their website to get more information. I came across a live chat and got to speak with Jennifer who was so helpful and definitely informative. I felt like I have known her for years, she was so easy to talk to. I will be going to my first consultation Monday. I can't wait to meet the doctor and staff!!!! Bye, bye, old me say hello to the new me!!!

Had a breast augmentation with Dr. Pacheco and I had the best experience with her. I love how I look and would highly recommend her. The staff was very efficient and helpful during my whole experience. They are very professional. Surgery was scheduled with no problems. The recovery was fast and I could not be happier with the outcome. My breast are how I wanted them to be. I am extremely happy with the results. No more of those wonder bras! She is the best. Thank you so much Dr. Pacheco.
