Bernhard Brijbag's Online Review Report Card

Overall experience during my physical was lack luster from a doctor that advertises concierge approach. Office was not occupied with a basic vitals equipment. You are in a corner tiny office where staff makes appointments call center style (HIPPA) anyone. Think of third world conditions inside Doctors Hospital. His demeanor is lackadaisical frankly sad considering he was highly recommended by a friend. It pains me to provide this rating. Hope constructive criticism hits home.

The Staff is beyond terrible!!! My daughter’s appt has been cancelled THREE TIMES!!! I have been on hold for the last twenty minutes with the answer ing service and no one has picked up yet. A few weeks ago I called at 4:45 and was put on hold. Instead of the office taking me off hold and speaking to me, they forwarded the call to the answering service. Terrible.

Terrible experience all around. After being rescheduled because the office staff was unaware that the doctors does not work on Fridays anymore. I showed up to the rescheduled appointment 1.5 months later only to be told that I was called the day before to let me know they had rescheduled me to a telehealth appointment. One attempted phone call. No text message or voicemail was left. Horrible service and I will never even attempt to make appointment with this doctors office again.

Dr.Brijbag, is great doctor, always cares about everything very respectful and super cool. Is my favorite doctor. I will recommend him to anyone, is the only doctor that has control my HBP condition and always care about my health!!

Impossible to get through to anybody at the office. They pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold and never get back to you. This is not what one would expect from a physician professing to provide concierge service.

Dr. Brijbag is an exceptional doctor who cares for his patients. He takes his time during the consult, listens, and gets to the bottom of the issue that originally brought me in. Very few doctors left like him. I give him a 10/10. Won’t regret placing your health on his hands!

He is a good Dr, but the office never answers the phone!! Impossible to contact them. Their patient portal does not work, so lab results, etc are not available. They have incorrect information on my records. My other Doctors are even unable to reach him. Go elsewhere.

Dr Brijbag is an excellent Dr and a great guy, but the office staff is horrible, they don’t answer phone or you are put on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. They canceled my appointment without me even telling them to cancel, they said I was there in 2020 when I never was. It is unfortunate that such a good Dr, has such an inept staff. If it weren’t for the staff, I would highly recommend Dr Brijbag.

I have been a patient of this doctor for a couple of years. I give him 5 stars.

This primary care physician seems to be a well-rounded individual upon the first consultation. However, the office staff is not courteous with patients; they rarely pick up the phone or answer emails from patients and they may be implicating their patients in medical fraud or other organized crime. I do not recommend Dr. Bernhard Brijbag and advise potential future patients to seek another health professional for general consultations.
