I have been a patient of Dr. Pita's for over five years and I cannot recommend her enough. She is GREAT! To begin, I've never had a significant wait to be seen, which is always a great first step. What I like most about her is that she is direct with you-- she not only tells you when you need to work on something, but also celebrates when you are doing well. She is very pragmatic, sweet and easy to talk to.

Dr. Pita has a calming and sweet aura. She was really professional, kind and helpful in directing me to the right direction. Suggested a great gyno which has been a struggle for me. She paired me with someone that would be delicate with me.

The staff could do a better job at scheduling appointments and referrals. Dr.Pita could do a better job at taking time with her patients and explaining diagnosis better.

Wait times can be long, but it’s worth the wait. She listens to what’s been going on, wants to see other doctor’s reports, and refers out to Specialists when necessary. She’s also honest but kind. After decades of bad sleep, she convinced me to see a sleep specialist who may actually help.

Only two visits with Dr. Pita and she diagnosed a rare condition from which I was suffering for many years and visited several physicians. She is knowledgeable and she spends time with you, talk to you, like doctors used to be. She personally called me to let me know about my tests. Professional and kind person. I will follow her wherever she goes.

I was also very dissatisfied with the office staff. Dr. Pita's nurse/assistant is superficially friendly but she is basically incompetent and argues when asked to perform simple tasks. Whenever I visit the office I have to wait quite a long time after my appointment in order to get my written referrals to specialists, prescriptions and referrals for blood tests. Dr. Pita really need to find a new nurse who actually cares about the patients and understands people with medical issues.
