They park their mobile van in handicapped spots all day!! DISGUSTING!!!

We were searching for an in-network physician for our kids with new insurance And Dr.Reina popped up and we decided to give her a try. When we called they had same day availability which I was very happy with because you never know when you'll need to see your kids pediatrician at the spur of the moment. I'm also a foreign M.D so I'm not easily impressed but her staff was professional and nice, clean and beautiful waiting room, she has a good clinical eye and got my VERY shy kids to speak to her and they were very at ease in her office. No idea how she managed to do that, but I guess that's what 30+ years of experience with kids does hah! She really listened to my husband and Is doubts and converted all my childrens South American vaccine schedule to the U.S and got them up to date on their shots quickly, with minimal tears and lots of colorful band-aids my kids loved and lollipops. Overall great experience at this office! We will be sticking with Dr.Reina from now on, for sure.

This is my first time going to a pediatrics in Brickell. I'm giving them this rating because they make you wait to long! My appointment was at 3:30pm and we were waiting for the doctor until 4:30 pm. Guess where she was? Next store somewhere, not doing her job. Here we are waiting for an hour and she is still not here. I am very disappointed because the people are kind but their wait time in unacceptable! This needs to change.
