Dr. Reina, She is very Professional. I am so proud to have her as my children's pediatrician. Dr. Reina is always ready to serve and I recognize her as a professional and dedicated person who loves her job and what she does. Your office is located in a very accessible place and is accommodated with waiting area and hygienically taken care of and makes us feel like we are at home. If you need a pediatrician in Miami area,You will be choosing the right person Dr. Monica.

Monica listens and asks poignant questions. She is helpful, considerate, organized, and knowledgeable. I am glad I found her!

a compasionate Dr.,whom takes her time in discussing my childs condition,very knowlagable,with over 20 yrs in practice.Very nice office and friendly staff.On one occassion I had an emergency and she saw my child immediately.I would not go to any other dr.Office has ample parking and easy access.

I have known Dr. Reina for over 25 Years. She is extremely knowledgable in her field and professional. She will tell you exactly what you need to know and explain so there is no doubt. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family to her practice. There should be more doctors like her.

Excellent physician, always available

If you want to be disrespected and humiliated in front of staff and other parents, then this is the pediatrician for you. Dr. Reina should not be a pediatrician with her "I've seen too many patients today and I'm grouchy" attitude. She treats the parents like they are beneath her and since she has had a long stressful day with sick children, it gives her the right to take it out on others. Her bedside manners are horrific and she is not gentle with the children. My daughter ended throwing up all over herself because Dr. Reina stuck the wooden palette too far down her throat. My daughter was trembling enormously when the doctor injected the vaccine in her arm. The pressure and force she used was too hard and isn't how a pediatrician should be. This doctor will traumatize your children. As soon as my daughter sees her, she starts crying out loud, which she never does. Please save yourself the aggravation and do not take them to her. She should change her name from Dr. Reina to Dr. Jekyll. The last straw was when I was not called to be informed that the varicella vaccine was not available at her office. I left work early to take my daughter to get her vaccine. I waited 45 minutes to then be told to come back another day because the vaccine wasn't available. She then offered to give me a falsified form to give to my daughter's daycare stating she received the vaccine when in fact she didn't. When I told her that I just wish that they would have called me to let me know that the vaccine wasn't in, she forcefully yanked the form from my hand and yelled to me in front of her staff, "Well, if you are going to complain to me, then I don't have to do you any favors." I was so in shock a "professional" doctor would speak to me in this manner. I'm sure the patients waiting outside heard her as well because it was loud. I didn't speak back to her and decided to leave because my daughter was with me. I called my husband to tell him what happened. He called her and she hung up on him as soon as he started to tell her that he didn't appreciate how rude she has been within all the visits, not only this one to me, but all of them, including to him. Please do yourself a favor and do not take your children to this pediatrician. She is a frustrated woman who takes it out on innocent little children as well as their parents. P.S. The place is absolutely filthy. The chairs in the sitting area are disgusting, dirty and stained. The floor is dirty. The patient rooms are gross and outdated--everything is old and dirty. The rooms do not even have a sink so the doctor can wash and sanitize her hands after handling the patient. The waiting area has no toys except two small seats for toddlers and she plays the same movie every single day, Kung Fu Panda, over and over and over again. Absolutely no care in the world for professionalism and courtesy. You have been forewarned!
