Quite frankly, Dr. Rubenstein changed my life. During a time of crisis in my life I had never experienced before, where it ultimately felt like there was no way out for me, Dr. Rubenstein not only did his job in getting me back to a place of stability, but he went above and beyond because he saw how much I could gain from learning more about what I was going through. I not only learned so much more about myself and others around me from working with Dr. Rubenstein, but I gained such a deeper understanding of life and the world around me. Dr. Rubenstein has an immense amount of wisdom that he shares in a way that is truly life changing. And Dr. Rubenstein genuinely cared about me and helping me through the tough times I had. If someone ever came to me needing a psychiatrist, I would tell them that they MUST reach out to Dr. Rubenstein, because he won't only make you feel better, you'll have an opportunity to potentially change your life for the better too.

After a tough year navigating COVID, I was seeking to regain balance in my life. I had never worked with a psychiatrist before and was initially hesitant. Dr. Rubenstein is an insightful and supportive therapist who has greatly changed my life in a very short time. He provides thoughtful guidance, which in turn has helped me make more reasoned, better decisions. My relationships with my wife, colleagues, and friends have significantly improved. I am so grateful for all he has done to change my life.

After moving, and a long relationship with another Doctor for over 20 years , it was a tall order to find another one. After doing some research I found Dr. Rubenstein and had a great conversation with his wonderful assistant. I set up a call with him and immediately liked him. He is bright , compassionate and easy to talk with. He is very responsive to messages thru his online portal and I looked forward to our sessions in the comfort of my own home. I highly respect Dr. Rubenstein and recommend him without hesitation.

I couldn't have asked for a warmer, kinder human being to work with me and find a treatment that feels right for me. He's all about empowerment and leaves you feeling like you can actually take on the world - no matter what diagnosis you may have. I would highly recommend booking a session if you feel you may have ADHD. He has a wealth of knowledge. And he's quite funny! :)

During an extremely stressful and unprecedented time in my life while I was going through something I had never experienced before, Dr. Rubenstein quite literally saved me. I had been to numerous doctors before him and he was the final one I had to go to as he appropriately diagnosed me, calmed me down, and gave me a path to feeling much better and getting back to myself again. As I still continue to work on things, I look forward to every visit with Dr. Rubenstein as his perspective and experience seems to be unlike any professional doctor I have ever visited before. The online messaging portal he utilizes is also a great feature to working with him and he is always extremely responsive to any questions or comments left there for him. I have a lot to thank Dr. Rubenstein for and would recommend him to anyone going through a difficult time in their lives.

Dr. Rubenstein is quite simply one of the most effective, responsive, caring and brilliant doctors my wife and I have ever met. Our college aged son had been suffering from recurring and horrible intrusive thoughts (including thoughts about suicide) that wore him to the bone over the last couple of years. His ailment had not been properly diagnosed or treated by any of the many other professionals he had seen during that time. We feared he was at a breaking point when we were lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Rubenstein. Dr. Rubenstein not only felt immediately confident that he could effectively treat our son, but he also believed he would help him feel better very quickly. And he was right. Within a week after starting treatment, our son stopped having the intrusive thoughts, and became (and remains) happier than we can ever remember. We thank God every day that our son is able to work with Dr. Rubenstein, as we fully believe he saved his life.

During these unprecedented times, it has been very difficult to find a new doctor who had availability, let alone a doctor with an excellent background, but also one that is willing to go the extra mile for his patient. Dr. Rubenstein is truly this kind of doctor. His “couch side manners” are exemplary. He takes the time to truly understand and help his patients. He digs deep into the problems, to help you find solutions. I highly recommend him and his services to all. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Rubenstein has been amazing with our son. We have taken him to many providers over the years and each time after a few visits he has wanted to stop going and just explained that the person didnt understand him. Dr. Rubenstein really connected with him and for the fist time he has hope. He didnt rush to medicate him and when he did he chose something that has been working extremely well. Without betraying our son's trust Dr. Rubenstein explained things to us that really helped us make sense of what he has been going through and how we can help and move forward. He is a genius. I give him the highest possible recommendation.
