I regret coming to this place. I traveled from Pennsylvania. The entire process and care was horrible! I was scheduled for 3PM did not get attended until 5PM! I didn’t get out until 10PM!!! I am back for a follow up procedure (I paid with the first procedure) and the “doctor” decided to go home early! I’m sitting here being told it was my fault and I needed to calm down. This is CRAZY! I was beyond understanding the first mistake, but every single encounter with this office has been a nightmare and disaster. I do not RECOMMEND not because hair transplant does not work but THIS OFFICE AND THEIR STAFF HAVE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO REGARD FOR THEIR PATIENTS TIME AND MONEY! There are great alternatives that will truly care for your hair and not just the money your are spending!
