If I could give them no stars at all I would. This is the worst clinic or medical care center you can attend. They don’t care about their patients. All they care about is charging Medicaid/Medicare. They will kill you and not provide any type of medical care. Whenever you call the most ignorant and uneducated people answer the phone and have no idea what to do. Their staff is unprofessional and have no medical education at all. Including their nurse practitioners who make patients believe they are doctors. They are idiots and have no medical knowledge and when to refer patients. They never answer the phones and transfer you if they do.

Soy pt de esta clinica hace un tiempo y estoy encantada. Cuando mi DR no ha estado me ha visto otro y han sido todos muy buenos. Ademas en la recepcion las muchachas siempre tratan de ayudar.

Dicen que abren a las 8:00 pero es la 8:47 y nadie contesta la llamada, es recurrente el mal servicio telefónico.La atención en el Centro Médico es excelente al igual que el Dr Quesada que es un facultativo de primer Orden.Deben mejorar la atención telefónica

Muy complacido con la atención médica que le brindan a mi mamá y por el buen trato, desde que entras al centro médico con la alegría y la educación que brindan las muchachas de la recepción y el cariño de los trabajadores. 100% les recomiendo este agradable centro médico IMC
