Tuve mala experiencia con la dra Eneida no la recomiendo. No la molesto más me quite de la clínica. Hay que saber tratar a los pacientes van porque están enfermos no para que le cobren al seguro y no lo ayuden solo querer dale referidos.Le pedí las.medicinas para Walgreens y la mando para la farmacia de care max. Me.hice una placa el 31 de Enero y no obtuve lo resultados que no se lo han mandado 3 semanas de realizada.Estamos en USA no en Cuba. Suerte doctora todos llegamos a viejos y hay que tratarlos súper bien no mirar el reloj demostrando que no quiere seguir atendiendo al paciente.

La recepcionista Yamila debe mejorar su trato con los pacientes ya q esta es una prioridad del gobierno que el personal q atienda al personal adulto sea tratado con mucha ética profesional brindando amabilidad y cariño por los abuelos.

Increíble que si uno esta enfermo con síntomas del Coronavirus no puede entrar a su clínica. Me pregunto: a quién cuidan? a los pacientes o al personal de la clínica? Se nieegan a atenderme porque tengo fiebre a pesar que les digo que tengo un PCR negativo. Me dicen que debo esperar a que mi doctora me llame y que lo más seguro es que sea mañana porque ella tiene muchos pacientes. De más esta decir que no recomiendo a nadie esta clínica de la que ya no seré más paciente. Pienso que alguien debe responder por esta mala práctica.

Nobody answers the phone and the wait time is about an hour before the doctor sees you.

Horrible place the staff is rude and don’t know how to do their job; doctors don’t know how to write a referral correctly or prescribe the right amount of medication or even show up for an appointment they set up. Then live spamming emails and texts so you arrive but can’t even call to let you know they can’t do the appointment or cause they have no assistant. Clearly my time isn’t important to them even though I have stuff to do just as much as they do; difference is they don’t seem to care much. I’ve asked for the number to report this place and never got it after asking and telling them on the phone. Simply for them to say “ they’ll give you a call” yet I never get one? I don’t feel cared for at all going to this place or even safe, I feel like I’m going to get something done wrong or given the wrong medication. Just over all horrible.

The staff is very nice. However the doctors or shall I say impersonators because most are nurse practitioners, don’t know anything. All they do is put on an act and prescribe prescribe prescribe, only after asking just a few questions. This place like others of the type are just shy of insurance fraud. Total scam

Son súper amables y profesionales todos ellos , siempre dispuestos a ayudar con lo que se necesite para hacer más agradable el trato con ellos . Recomiendo este centro de salud . Mi familia y yo siempre agradecidos .

I went in with my mom and cannot complain. From the minute I got there the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so gracious and the service was beyond.
