Top-notch, friendly, thorough, high-tech, efficient Dr. and team! I visited Dr. Rabassa looking for a new primary care physician, and I found one who provided a top-notch experience. Dr. Rabassa in her office were prompt, took their time, made me feel cared for, and they received thorough details and explanations as well as questions from the Dr. illustrating how careful she is as a practitioner in evaluating each patient, one by one. In addition, the patient portal provided at UM, is fantastic, user-friendly and allows for prompt receipt of labs directly to the patient, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a direct message through the portal from Dr. Rabassa, along with the lab results. In the past, I would have to visit my primary care physician once, then return for another early visit fasting, to take bloodwork, then schedule another visit in order to have the doctor review my bloodwork. Otherwise, I would not receive lab results directly, or in the mail. This makes it extremely cumbersome and time-consuming, which is a challenge. I'm very happy with my experience, and would recommend Dr. Rabassa and her office to anyone looking for a wonderful, caring, professional and friendly doctor and team!

The 1st time I saw Dr. Rabassa, I liked her. She reviewed my health history and seemed genuinely interested in me as a patient. The 2nd time was completely different. She was rushed and I had to ask her twice to wait so that I could ask her some questions. Then, after she left, she sent a message through her nurse to stop taking a medication for my chronic condition. She couldn't be bothered to talk to me about it, and then refused to renew my prescription. She can't be trusted.

Excellent first visit. Very thorough with her questions and explanations. A holistic approach to my health care is very important to me- i refuse to go on medication for something that can be treated naturally, or with a healthy change in lifestyle. She was very receptive and positive about this and suggested alternative ways to stay healthy. Very competent nurse too.

After having poor experiences with Dr's in the Homestead area, I found Dr Rabassa in West Miami. She is easy to talk to, listens, is very understanding. She helped me more in one appointment than multiple trips to the inept Dr's I found when I first arrived in S.Fl. She is knolwledgeable, funny and has great staff! I will continue to drive an hour to see her and wait for my appt, if need be. The wait time could be a little shorter. It appears that "walk-ins" may back up the scheduled appts.
