Como siempre el gran profesional que uno quiere ver.
I have never seen Dr. LaRocca, I have however seen his PA LaCosta, who is very nice. However, having seen him recently and being prescibed a medication that is NOT supposed to be stopped cold turkey, and having to cancel an appointment this morning as I was very ill they point blank refused to call in a script until they could see me. So what does a patient do? Just stop taking a necessary medication until they can fit you in to another appointment? And not so much as a courtesy call back! I have never been so disappointed in any medical office that I have visited. Update: I finally received a return call after my husband had to physcially go to the office and my son who is a paramedic give them a call. The problem with this practice is that they are very very old school, and their front end staff does not have an ounce of compassion or understanding of a health situation, and they are the folk with whom you have to deal. I do like Olber Lacosta though. He is very easy to speak to and does listen when you finally get to see him.
I see Dr. Lacosta and he is the NP, and he’s been absolutely attentive and very caring towards me. The office is kind and I would highly recommend him to many!
Very unprofessional office, they do not care about their patients. They definitely need to hire new staff, new management.
I like the doctor and would recommend him. The front desk, however, is a different story. I missed an appointment a couple of weeks ago and had to reschedule. Today was my appointment and I called to cancel because my daughter is sick with a cough and fever. They said it’s fine, but that their next appointment is sept 28. It’s now the 2nd, and I need a prescription refill. They don’t do telehealth, and the front desk girl told me they MAY be able to take me in on Tuesday as a walk in for an extra $30. Because I missed my appointment, they pretty much said this is my second chance and there’s nothing they can do. They are swamped, however the doctor is on vacation until sept 9. So, what about my refill? I need it, and they don’t care. I understand I missed an appointment, but to leave a patient without a needed prescription doesn’t seem ethical as well. It’s a mixed bag. Before I had this issue and a few previous ones with the front desk, I recommended him to everyone. Good bedside manners and knowledgeable doctor.
Dr carlos larocca is a real dr not the type that cares about your insurance he cares mucho more about your health that's why am still with him for now 11 years hes such a professional doctor I'll thank god the I have a good doctor like he is
One of the most knowledgeable doctors & best human being among THIS planet. I don’t think I have ever trusted a doctor as much as I’ve trusted Dr. Larocca. He’s consistently told me everything I’ve needed to hear (even when I didn’t want to) When you speak. He listens... whole heartedly. Larocca is the epitome of what you not only desperately want, but NEED a doctor to be.
Dr. Larocca is an amazing Dr who genuinely cares for his patients, very comfortable to talk to and takes time to get to know his patients. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful Dr.
I just had the most unprofessional and unethical experience with Dr. Carlos Larocca. During a medical visit, behaved in the most improper manner. I asked him for lab work because I wanted to find out why I have so many headaches, and believe I may be having some issues hormonally, in addition to wanting to check if possible heavy metal toxins in my body. I mentioned that at my previous physicians office, my inflammation levels were very high over the normal range. I wanted to check inflammation again to determine where it was. He immediate questioned me on why I wanted these tests and what made me think i needed them. He said this in a very rude way. I explained I wanted to find out if anything is out of range, he continued to argue with me that I didn't need these tests. I told him I didn't want to assume that, I simply wanted the labs to determine if there's anything off. He again, in a much louder voice responded that he wasn't going to send me said tests and that he wasn't assuming anything. Before I can even respond, he got up and in a loud voice kicked me out of his office and told me he wasn't seeing me, he didn't want me as a patient. I told him how unprofessional he was and that I would report him to my insurance to make sure he did not bill them for a service he never provided. There was another patient on the waiting area who heard everything and was shocked. It was so embarrassing. He should not be practicing medicine. It was only my second appointment there and I would never recommend anyone to see him. Currently reporting him to the medical board for his conduct. He has major anger issues.
Dr. La rocca has been my doctor since I was 12 years old. I am now 39. He is an amazing person and he takes care of you like you are family. He also takes his time with his patients and he gives you the best medical care possible. I always tell people about him when they need an amazing doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
