Lamentablemente no he quedado bien de la cirugía de los ojos,he tratado de comunicarme con el dr desde noviembre y la Secretaria (María) súper grosera que no me podía atender porque se Iván de vacasiones (Thanksgiving) que llamará en Diciembre ,cuando lo hago en Diciembte tenían todos los turnos tomados y que cerraban otra vez por las Navidades y que no tenían ningún turno hasta el 24 de enero y cuando le informó que tenía un nuevo seguro me dijo que el dr no atendía con ese seguro ,le pedí que me diera un turno para verlo antes de las navidades y me empezó a gritar y decirme muchas cosas etc y que si yo quería hablar por teléfono con el dr tenía que pagarle la consulta pero hará enero Cuando de repente me mandan una cita virtual para el 4 de enero ,la llamo porque todavía era diciembre 14 y estoy esperando que me regresen la llamada y ni siquiera me atendieron ni me canselaron , la cita virtual, del 4 de enero, poco profesionalismo !!! Tomen sus propias conclusiones , con mi testimonio

Excelente trato el del doctor, muy amable y profesional. La asistente médica todo lo contrario, una persona grosera y mal educada. Estuve a punto de creer que eran estafadores debido a su mal manejo de la situación.

El doctor Carlos Medina me encanto de verdad que es un profesional en lo que hace con una calidad como ser humano que es muy difícil de encontrar, de verdad lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!!! Mi hermana fue su paciente y ahora yo y créanme que lo seguiremos recomendando siempre!

Dr. Medina performed a bilateral breast reduction on me about 1 month ago. I look great and my back/neck pain is gone! He was very pleasant and took care of me like I was his family member. He performs this surgery many times every week and has a lot of expertise. I highly recommend him.

I was refer to Dr. Medina by my general surgeon because I had to have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. I visited his office and he explained the process of how my surgery would take place. He asked me what I was looking for regarding the size of my implants . I was told by him that he would contact my insurance to obtain authorization for my surgery and see what they would cover. He never contacted the insurance and 2 days prior to my surgery I was called from the hospital to tell me I had to pay for the entire surgery because Dr. Medina had put it as a SELF PAY. I contacted Dr. Medinas office and Maria who is the person who answers the phone was extremely rude to me. After my surgery, I had a major skin reaction and Dr. Medina had no idea how to deal with it. I had to go to the hospital 2 times because he refused to see me in person and only wanted to do virtual visits. End result, he placed one of my implants incorrectly and now I have to redo everything!
