This is the most unprofessional time consuming place ever for it to be a pain management facility. Ridiculous never come here zat 4 hours mever saw doctor.

Mi primera visita con la Doctora fue EXELENTE. Apenas llevo un dia de tratamiento y me siento super. El dolor que tenia en mi espalda me ha mejorado en un 90%. Gracias a todo su equipo de trabajo por la atencion prestada. De verdad, gracias de nuevo.

Horrible. I can’t speak to her skill but her office staff sucks! I had an appointment at 430. I arrived on time and left at 830 never having had seen the doctor. I was made to pay the copay of 40 dollars before hand and I have called the next day to have it refunded. They had the audacity to tell me they were not charging me a 50 dollar cancellation fee and would not refund my money. Ridiculous... I’m now fighting the charge with my bank!

Waited 2 hours for my appointment. Doctor was unapologetic. Listening and social skills are lacking. All's I wanted was a second opinion, which apparently was of no interest to her and tried to refer me elsewhere. For the 5 minutes I had with her, she charged my insurance $1100.00. Avoid this doctor, go to a REAL doctor. Do your homework.

Carmen was 2 hours late and unreceptive to my needs. A very poor listener. I spent 5 mins with her and she would not help me with a second opinion but charged my insurance $1100.00. Do your homework and avoid this "doctor"unless you have time and money to waste.
