Llegue a esta oficina porque con el cambio al Nuevo seguro el antiguo doctor de mis niños no toma la póliza. Así que por conveniencia en cercanía a casa elegí esta doctora como la principal de mis hijos. Oh! Que rudos, que fríos... nada de calor humano aquí! en otros reviews una señora dice que no importa cómo te hagan sentir si es buena doctora, pero como no?? Si desde que llegas te sientes incómodo, Los niños no quieren regresar. Es mejor pararse, agradecer y buscar otra oficina de pediatría.

The new staff is disturbing. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

They decided they weren't going to take my insurance for my kids anymore (Tricare) and didn't even give me a notice or a heads up phone call. I showed up for an appt I HAD SCHEDULED and they told me sorry we'll see you as a courtesy today but going forward, you need to find a new PCP. In addition, they are super rushed and got forbid if you don't speak good enough Spanish to speak to her or her assistant. The office manager is nice but he acts like the Dr himself. I was soooo happy with this practice when it was Dr Swartz but than he sold his practice (also something we weren't let know of until after the fact) So we chose Dr Alvaro Dangond and I recommend him and his associates 1000000% DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS....

I would give this dr. 0 stars! She is very rude and belittling to parents and kids. She told me that both of my kids were obese and that basically everything I was doing was wrong as a parent. She would tell me to be quiet and to tell my kids to be quiet out of nowhere. Mind you my kids are 1 and 3. Do not take your kids here!!!! She is not good with kids nor with adults. If you can call your insurance and change to another doctor immediately. You can tell that she needs help herself and is crazy!!!

0 stars! Dr. Carol decosta office is the worst pediatric office ever. I switched doctors because my last pediatrician forgot to vaccinate my child correctly and they acknowledged it and fixed immediately. Non the less, my husband recommended this pediatrician for our kids and it was the worst decision. First few time I only saw the physician assistant and when I did meet Dr. hellcosta she was very rude and judgmental. It's not your job to judge you are supposed to care for my child well being! They're sharks only out for money. Now, they messed up on my sons vaccines. As a parent you take your child to the pediatrician and trust them to have everything up to date. They called me and told me that my son was behind on his vaccines like if it was my fault. I told them that's ridiculous I took him in the beginning of March, January, December of last year, November and September and nothing was ever said until more than half a year later! That's unacceptable, they said, just bring him in whenever you can and we will give him the shot. To top it all off, I bring my daughter for a check up, and I have my son with me, I tell them that they had called me about my sons vaccines I need that too. Mind you there is no one in the waiting room and no one in the offices. They office nurse with the dark hair and embittered face, says that no it's by appointment only, after the fact that they had told me to bring him in whenever I can. I said ok I left and decided I'm changing pediatricians. Now I call back and tell them about it. The lady put me on "hold" as they start saying that basically she was giving me a hard time because I had been feeding my children McDonald's food outside the office! They didn't want to fix their error because I was giving my children McDonald's! I'm sorry but you guys took an oath and if my child get polio because you guys aren't doing your part and you're excuse for not doing the right thing is McDonald's! You're unethical pieces of crap! I don't reccomend them to anyone!

The most rude and uptight "professional" that I have ever encountered. I cannot believe the disrespect and audacity of this person. She will literally mock you in your face and try to cover it up with her belittling attitude. I am completely disgusted with her words and actions. She is insensitive to a worried mother's opinion and full of judgement. She will try to make you feel like a bad person for wanting to do what is right for your child if it slightly against what she recommends. Aweful.

Doctor and staff are rude.

she has seen my 2 sons since they were born. Greta doctor, very thruswordy . She will always give good excellent nutrition and behavior advise. I recommend her 100% .
