I’m very fortunate and happy to have Dr Victoria as my lids surgeon. Her patience with me it’s the greatest I feel like family with her, I had my surgery last week and Dr Victoria staff had been calling me every single day sometimes twice a day asking me how I’m feeling and following up on my meds- and advises to make me feel comfortable I’m start feeling great but her support in the waiting and on the operating room and after was the best a patient could get I have no words to express my gratitude to her, I still have to see her few more times for follow up POP but wanted to express my gratitude to this extraordinary service and knowledge She transmit to me peace and serenity Thank you Dr Victoria for your care and support during and after my surgery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had 2 recent eye surgeries with Dr. Victoria. She is brilliant. She has an excellent bedside manner and calmed my nerves when I needed it the most. I had both my eyes done and needed some of the scar tissue removed a time after now i believe my lids are starting to droop again need to have someone reach out to me to find out what to do

My surgery went great. Staff and Dr are excellent. Results were amazing.

I went in with my wife, I did not understand and asked her if my wife would get her stye extracted because she Keeps recurring styes over and over. She tapped me leg and said o already explained myself once and that’s it. She walked away. Honestly that not right. She’s seems nice but is cold and arrogant. My wife is sick and I was just asking. You don’t need to treat people like this.

Not only is Dr. V. a talented expert in her field, she is also an extraordinary human being. She was there for my teenage son in a most comforting way when he was dealing with something scary and self-confidence diminishing. She made him feel "normal" where other professionals couldn't so much as offer an explanation. I knew immediately that I wanted to become her esthetics and blepharoplasty patient someday. Recently, I was BLESSED with the opportunity to experience her giftedness with Botox. Never have I ever felt better about the shape and disposition of my eyes and the lines and creases I've earned! Her hands are magic and heart, gold. She puts the grit in integrity, and I would like everyone I know to become her patient.😊 I wish the world could experience care like hers. Like all businesses trying to rebuild post-Pandemic, there have been growing pains. Their support staff is stronger now than they have been. The busy office should be a testament to the QUALITY of care the doctors provide.

On October 29, 2021, I had surgery on my eyelids due to the bad work and the lack of clear information from the surgery programmer Bety, who works for Dr. Ana Carolina, upset me and for complaining about the lack of information. As a patient they treated me like garbage I was already on the stretcher with the IV in my vein, about to enter the salon, Dr. Ana Carolina appeared and instead of apologizing to Migó for what happened, very calm and cool, she told me today we are not going to have surgery, we are going to make a refund So draw your own conclusions They have no medical ethics, she is vulgar and the center par excellence of the eyes El 29 de octubre del 2021 tenía mi cirugía en los párpados por el mal trabajo y la falta de información clara de la programadora de cirugía Bety que trabaja para la doctora ana Carolina me disgusted y por reclamar por la falta de información A mi cómo paciente me trataron como una basura Ya me encontraba en la camilla con el suero en la vena a punto de entrar al salón la doctora ana Carolina se aparece y en vez de disculparse con migó por lo que pasó muy calmada y fresca me dijo hoy no vamos hacerte cirugía vamos hacer un reembolso Así que saquen sus propias conclusiones No tienen ninguna ética médica es una vulgar ella y el centro por exelennsia de los ojos

This is the worst service I have ever attended, they take advantage of elderly patients who go for visual difficulties to only charge money and do not explain anything to them. My mother went to a consultation today and the information person told her that she had to give a payment of $ 150 dollars that when she finished the consultation if it was for medical necessity that was the reason why she had gone to that consultation they would refund the money and My innocent mother paid for them because she knew that she had gone to that consultation because of her difficulty in seeing well. At the end of the day when I called the consultation to ask and clarify what had happened they did not give me any explanation and when I asked to speak to a manager they told me there was none and they hung up the phone on me. Really a very bad experience I do not recommend them at all, there are many doctors in this city who care more about their patients than about how to get money. I do not recommend them.This office should be has 0 ⭐
