This place is a joke. They only have call centers, not actual people, they don't speak English well at all, even when you select 1 for option of English. I asked a simple question about the DR. and each person who answered just kept repeating I have an appt at the specified time. I asked for a supervisor since they didn't want to complete their job, and they just hung up or put me on forever hold. Do not use this company unless you just want to be frustrated.
