My mom was a patient of his until about a year ago. She began to experience near faint episodes and ended up in the ER. The ER doctor told her to see her cardiologist urgently…so the next day she called the office and they refused to give her an early appt despite the urgency. So I decided to pay them a visit myself, since i am an employee at Jackson. The front desk employees were absolutely nasty, zero compassion and basically said there was no early appointment. If she felt sick to go back to the ER. Amazing!!! His staff basically has control of who is seen or not, he isn’t even aware. Nasty nasty attitude of these women. If dr Mendoza has a doubt about this incidence feel free to find me at Jackson.

Dr Mendoza has been my Cardiologist for over six years. From the beginning he has been honest, thoughtful, caring and thorough. During my visit if I have new concerns about my condition, test results or treatment, he spends extra time as needed addressing each question and completely explains his answers. I have never felt rushed or unimportant he is truly a professional with compassion. Due to his exemplary attention and professionalism my wife has also become his patient. I can truly say that we both trust him with our lives. The office staff is kind and efficient. We have no problem with scheduling and gladly drive four and half hours each way for our appointments. I highly recomend Dr. Mendoza.

Today was my first visit as a new patient with Dr Mendoza. The office/nursing staff was efficient and friendly. I was amazed at how much time and patience Dr Mendoza had in explaining everything to me. He clearly is an expert in cardiology and vascular medicine. There’s nothing more I could ask for in a physician. I’m very grateful to be seeing him.

He is an amazing professional but unfortunately I cannot say the same about his staff! The staff is what ruins the reputation of this amazing doctor. Even his secretary will not call back after leaving so many messages and urgently attempting to scheduling appointments. Staff needs to be urgently retrained and oriented on proper etiquette when working with the public.
