Dr.Raoli is the best doctor I've ever been to and I've been to plenty in my fifty years of living. I've been his patient for over ten years and I've never been disappointed. In fact, I look forward to going to his office every month. He is kind and can actually understand a patients problems, not one has he ever refused to care for any patient. In fact, he has provided care for dozens of people at no costs. Now a days there aren't many doctors like him who TRULY care about the patients well being and not about the money in their pocket. I will never go to another psychiatrist because not only is he the best in the field, but he actually is available whenever he is needed, he even gives his personal phone numbers to his patients! There aren't doctors like him anymore and I truly can't believe how someone could say anything negative about him, especially when he is such a exceptional doctor! I would recommend Dr. Cesare Rzadkowolsky-Raoli to anyone in need of a doctor who can truly help them. Without this doctor I'm not sure where I would be today.
