I went for an endoscopy Friday and was so nervous. The staff not only reassured me, they went above and beyond with their care. The procedure was quick and easy but I was extremely nauseous due to the anesthesia. Mayte was so sweet and took care of me as if I were family. All the nurses surrounded me with attentive care. I was honestly shocked. The staff even followed up with me days later to see how I was feeling. I definitely recommend this place and Dr. Carrion for your health care needs.

Run run run. This place is a bunch of scam artist. Charged my credit card in febuary and I canceled the surgery. They said I would still have to pay 1000.00 as per the contract which I was fine with. Call every week and no refund for the rest of the money. Reported BBB and going to have to go legal at this point.

I traveled to Miami for a BBL, I waited hours before being seen, paid an extra $1,000 unexpectedly because prices changed then after 6 hours I was denied surgery for health reasons. This wasn’t too much of an issue because I understood the risks, My problem is its been almost a year in November, I paid over $5,000, I been in continuous communication with accounting, and I have not received a refund yet and I’ve been denied surgery there even when I was medically cleared. I was informed 30-60 days, then after I was processed, 10-15 business days, It’s been almost a year with no refund. I have email thread full of lies

The office at CG Cosmetics is beautiful, clean, and very well-organized. From the moment I arrived, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. My surgeon, Dr. Scott Loessin, is truly the sweetest and made me feel completely at ease. Going into surgery, I was very nervous, but everyone—from the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the post-op team was absolutely amazing and helped turn my fears into excitement. The post-op department, especially Nurse Practitioner Anya, has been so kind and patient, answering every question I’ve had with care and understanding. Even though I’m only four days post-op, I can already see my shape and I’m thrilled with my results so far! Dr. Loessin was highly recommended by several friends, and now I see exactly why. The entire experience from consultation to post-op has been nothing short of amazing. I’m so grateful I chose CG Cosmetics and Dr. Loessin for my mommy makeover. 💕
