Most dedicated, pleasant and amazing eye surgeon. This is my follow up visit after one year after my cataract surgery and I can see so well. Thank you for the staff and the good care.

Dr Kaiser performed cataract surgery on both my eyes in July of 2021. He and his staff (office and surgery center) were great!!

Dr Kaiser was gentle and caring towards my mother (age 72) when she needed cataract surgery in both eyes. Although there were several tests that needed to be done, his staff and all the girls who worked in the testing area were so nice and patient with my mom (100lbs & wheelchair bound). All the tests just made us feel like Dr Kaiser was just trying to be as precise as possible. If I was choosing a doctor to perform surgery on my eyes...that's exactly what I'd want caring, patient and precise. My mom did amazing with the surgery to both eyes and said she feels like she's now looking at life and the world in a whole new way. Thank-you to all the girls in the testing department, the office personnel and of course, Dr Kaiser! Thank-you for treating my mom like family and being so kind and patient with her. God bless you and your wonderful staff.

Dr. Charles Kaiser has been Aida and Tucker Crusan's eye doctor for over 25 years and we think he is the greatest. He is always courteous and patient with a couple of 85 year olds. He has performed surgery on both of us which has been very successful. We recommend Dr. Kaiser to all our friends and family, and to everyone reading this review.

It is so sad through Baptist system I cannot make an appointment to see Dr Kaiser. Hold time 1 hour .

I do not recommend this place, it has terrible customer service, when I called to request that they send my records to my primary doctor, they did not do it, I left several messages they did not call me back, and when I call to speak with a supervisor they cut me off. They do not respect my rights, I feel discriminated against and I have to invest time and stress because they don't do their job. Of course I change to another doctor they are plenty in Miami.

Charles Kaiser MD very knowledgeable person . I had an appointment with him on 6/21/21 . He welcome me very well and they way he was explaining about my eyes was awesome. I was so happy that he give me very good news that my age I am doing very well . Step by step he explain . I recommend mr Kaiser to everyone .

I had an appointment today 11-22-22 with Dr. Kaiser it was my third visit. It was negative a negative experience awful will never go back there ever again. I regret ever going there !

I don’t know if this lack of care has to do with the pandemic I had and eye emergency. I called in at 8 AM in the morning again at 11 and since it was getting late and I had not heard anything I called the desk which again sent me to the voicemail. I did not hear anything from the doctor as this was a Thursday. My husband took me to Bascom Palmer ER and they told my husband and I that all I needed to do was keep moisturizing drop.s in my eye. As this is the only eye that I have vision which is very low. I had gotten the clear care solution in my eye which burned the surface of my eye. . Awaken Friday morning worse! Eye was inflamed, still extremely sensitive to light and glares. Someone finally called me for Dr. Kaiser , Took all the information and told me that a prescription would be called in for me and that they would double check the pharmacy to make sure that they got it. Needless to say there was no prescription. Had to call after hours service which was rude and making excuses. Finally got prescription called in. On call doctor did call the next day to follow up with my progress. To this day, 6 days later, I haven’t heard from Dr. Kaiser.

I would never recommend this physician to anyone. His patient interaction skills are nil, non existent. He just told my wife to go to Bascom Palmer after she shared with him the diagnosis the ER physician at Bascom Palmer had provided to her. He was reluctant to conduct tests to assess the impact of my wife’s diabetes in her eye condition, the list goes on and on...I will be sharing this horrific experience with AvMed our insurance provider.
