My husband was told after a heart cath he needed triple bypass. His heart Dr. immediately got in touch with Dr. Otero. He was there in a decent amount of time. He showed us on computer exactly what he would be doing. He answered questions my kids and I had. I think he did well!!

Dr Otero is horrible! My father Underwent an angiogram 2 wks ago and saw Dr Otero in Hendricks Medical Center. He ordered numerous tests in prep for a triple bypass scheduled for 8/24. He told my Mom and Dad that Dr Carlson would be the primary surgeon as he was more qualified. Dr Otero came in on Mon 3 min prior to surgery time and said he couldn’t do it since he saw the CT “which he didn’t order” and needed to refer him to Dallas. He never reviewed the tests HE ORDERED 10 days prior! He is a liar and incompetent Dr. Stay away from this Dr!!

Wow I am very and forever grateful for this Doctor, he is very caring and bedside manner is one of the best I’ve seen. He even gave me his personal number for any questions I had regarding my mother’s care. Highly recommended it’s hard to find a good and sincere doctor. I thank you for saving my mother.

Dr. otero saw my son in the hospital and he was the best had very good bed side manner and showed he actually cared for his patient. Highly recommended. I did not have to wait for my sons follow up appointment and the Doctor and staff were great
