Front desk is horrible. Young girl with zero service skills. Been a patient here for a year and will be going somewhere else. Doctor is ok, quick.

Hola buenas tardes me llamo Yohemalis Gil soy paciente de la doctora Cristina Peña me operé con ella en el año 2016 de histerectomía parcial dejando solamente ovarios pues hoy día 1 de diciembre volví a la consulta con ella para hacerme un chequeo de rutina y todo estaba correctamente perfecto quiero decirle que me recibió con la misma atención y el amor de la primera vez que la conocí ella me dio mucha confianza y seguridad cuando me fui operar si usted quiere una buena doctora ésa es Cristina Peña

Soy yohemalis gil Voy a valorar a esta doctora con 100 puntos es muy amable y le explica todo muy bien al paciente , me operé con ella en el año 2016 con una histerectomía total imagínese que después de mi operación nunca me tome una pastilla para el dolor hice todo correctamente como la doctora me mandó y me recuperé fácilmente y muy rápido hoy volví a la consulta para hacerme una valoración con ella estuvo todo OK le doy 1000 gracias a Dios por ponerme a la doctora peña en mi camino estoy muy feliz gracias doctora peña ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Dr Peña was an expensive mistake. I took my daughter to Dr. Peña because the holistic concept she has seemed good. I paid a lot of money out of pocket for her services and testing. I was assured the remainder would be billed to my insurance. I paid at least $5,000 out of pocket between Diagnostics testing and her “services” and my daughter got ZERO benefit from it. For the first meetings, the information was very rushed but good.a lot to process. Very little information was provided in writing. My daughter and I left doctor appointments satisfied but confused with action items and follow ups. I was expecting clarity with time. On the 3rd or 4th appointment over zoom we were both left waiting on hold for over an hour. The doctor never bothered to attend the meeting. Office staff excused her and expected to keep us waiting until we couldn’t any longer. Every appointment was an additional expense of approx. $200. My daughter who is an out of town, college student, didn’t have time to waste and she hadn’t made ANY progress. Dr. Peña never followed up and we stopped going. Almost a year later, today, I just received diagnostics bills from Quest for thousands of dollars that this doctor’s office didn’t bother to bill to my insurance. I was told they would. My insurance company knows nothing about it and I have to pay or my daughters credit will be ruined. Previous calls to Dr Peña’s office got me nowhere. I just paid another $2,939.30!! Maybe Dr Peña has a hard time managing her business, which I would sympathize with if there wasn’t palpable disregard for the people she is treating.

I have been a patient of her for four years. I got tired, she is only there for the money. She gave me a prescription for an ultrasound but needed to wait a few days to do it. Since I left because I couldn’t afford it anymore, she took away the prescription of the ultrasound, which I paid $400 to do so. A doctor should care about the well-being of their patients not their money.

There are plenty of doctors who are overbooked or don’t know how to run a business, but when the lack of concern for their patients is palpable, they simply aren’t good doctors.

I went to see Dr Peña with my daughter because I like the holistic approach to health that I believed she had. I ended up feeling scammed. I spent way too much money out of pocket and got nothing for it. The last straw was waiting over an hour for Dr. Peña who never showed up. She never followed up either. She doesn't care. That experience happened months ago and I just got another bill for thousands of dollars that her office never billed to my insurance. I have to pay this because it could affect my daughters credit. I also know her office will give me the run around like they did before. It's just a reminder that I need to warn people to beware Dr. Peña. Im going to dedicate $3,000 worth of my time to warning people about dealing with Dr. Peña as a public service.

No me alcanzan las palabras para describir lo agradecida y satisfecha que me siento con la atención que recibo por parte de la Doctora Peña y su equipo de trabajo. Agradezco a Dios cada día el haberme guiado hasta este centro, donde lo que más importa es el verdadero cuidado del paciente. Gracias a la Doctora Peña y a todo el personal facultativo por el tiempo que se toman en enseñar, además de ayudar a sanar. Gracias por el trato amable. Gracias por todo el cuidado con el que tratan a cada paciente. Gracias por poner tanto amor en lo que hacen. Una especial recomendación a las mujeres, ya sea que deseen tener hijos o simplemente mantener una salud ginecológica adecuada, busquen la ayuda de la Doctora Peña, lo agradecerán siempre.

All about $. It’s a shame what Emily went through in the reviews every thing has stated seems pretty accurate. If you aren’t a doctor that wants to help people and genuinely care I don’t think you should be in this profession it’s really sad. I have had y issue now 8 months now and still no cure. I really hope this can raise awareness to this office.
