Amazing experience from start to finish! Dr. Ciocca was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and really cared about my skin concerns. My results have been incredible—definitely a 5-star experience!

45 minutes in the waiting room then another 30 minutes in the actual room and this is in the cosmetic paid in full service Not coming back

She is the BEST DOCTOR in the world!!! She takes care of all (6) family members in different multifacet capacities she is ALWAYS ON TARGET!! She is so INTELLIGENT, WISE, EFFICIENT and the BEST BED SIDE MANNER!! In essence PERFECTION, she has the best hands and there is nothing she is not capable to Tackle, with the latest in medical modalities a beer GEM!!! Our family’s blessing and ANGEL WE LOVE HER!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Ciocca Dermatology. I originally came here in 2023 for Seborrheic Dermatitis, which at the time was causing hair loss. When my symptoms started returning at the end of 2025, I scheduled another appointment to make sure the condition was under control. After waiting past my appointment time, I was told by an assistant that because the visit involved hair loss it would be considered “cosmetic,” and that the copay would be $150 even though I had been told at check-in it would be $15. I tried explaining that I have a history of seborrheic dermatitis and wanted to rule out a medical cause, but I was told this before I could even see a doctor. I had taken time off work and paid for an Uber to get there, only to leave without being seen. I then had to wait in a long line just to exit the office because the doors are locked until patients stop at the desk to handle copays. Overall, just a very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing patient care.

Esta oficina es un total desastre, llame por teléfono espere una cita de un mes, nunca dijeron que le doctora sciocca no podia ver al paciente, me agendaron con un PA, despues de 3 horas en la oficina esperando por la dra entro un PA cuando nunca me informaron que la DR no lo veria, la manager se justifico diciendo que un en el mensaje abajo decia Provider y esa era la persona agendada para verlo, No vengan a esta oficina

Very disappointed! Have been coming for years and recommending friends and family yet the last few visits it has felt like they overbook and have no care for patients time. As an office manager in a medical office I can tell you to expect wait time and delays can happen BUT throughout the delay at least communicate with the patient. Don’t wait an hour and a half to tell them that they’re going to have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes when they’ve already waited an hour and a half with zero communication on what’s going on.

I waited three weeks for an appointment, only to be told by the PA that they cannot remove a cyst on the chest. I paid a copay simply to be told they were unable to treat me. To top it off, I was given a referral sheet containing another patient’s name and date of birth. This practice feels more like a factory focused on collecting copays/money than on providing quality patient care.

My experiences at this office have been positive so far. They take you in pretty quickly and all my interactions have been positive

Just had the best experience with Gloria Garcia at Ciocca Dermatology. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my skin concerns and goals. Loving the results. Will certainly come back to see you Gloria!
