Do all calls go on hold when there’s an hour left until closing ??? Ridiculous

It’s a shame that such great doctors have such a tere staff. Staff is extremely incompetent

I am being calling for days trying to get an appointment after 40 minutes on hold the call got disconnected no one answered and if you are lucky and they answer they put in hold and the call get disconnected again it is frustrating worse place to go. Period.

Horrible customer service if your dying they will let u down bad service

If I could leave 0 stars I’ll do it I just receive a call that they need to cancel my Husbands appointment because the doctor is in Puerto Rico one month ago was the same they cancel my husbands appointment because the doctor was on Puerto Rico all what they offer me it’s to change his pcp doctor they can’t even transfer me to an other location to make an appointment due to my husbands health this people don’t care about their patients

If you don’t speak Spanish you are going to have a VERY hard time scheduling an appointment or asking a question. 2 out of 3 times that I called there was NO ONE speaking English

I am a patient of primary care psychiatry and psychology. My complaint is not with the doctors or nurses but with the terrible customer service they have. To communicate by phone you can be more than an hour without being answered and during all that time you have a machine that tells you that you are the next one. I have had that same problem on many occasions I have given complaints and nothing happens. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor and not giving a service you pay for.

First of all some of the head employees here can barely understand and speak English. You have to wait a few months to get your first appointment. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU I’ve gone to the ER twice and almost a third time due to withdrawals because the people here don’t understand that some insurances will request a 90 day supply or at least a 30 day supply with two refills. They didn’t care they just said no. The doctors you cannot get ahold of until you make an appointment like I said weeks or months wait. They usually don’t pickup when you call I have to call days in a row sometimes to get ahold of the receptionist. Please find a better place I can guarantee you you will regret going here.

My child had a first new patient appointment with this location today at 1030 am. Ive been calling between 1000 am 1006 am nobody answers. According to their hours of operation they open every Monday at 1000 am. Dont bother with this place. This place doesnt seem organized seeing how they dont answer calls during their opening hours. Im seeking elsewhere.

Horrible vienes enferma y no te pueden ni tomar la presión llevo esperando 2 horas y nada que me ayudan y tengo el seguro de Ambetter wow esto es un descaro no hay ni pacientes y te hacen esperar horassssspor Dios esto lo deben de saber los seguros esto es un abuso estoy ahora aquí pero no volveré cambiar de primario urgente
