Very grateful for her service, friendly staff. Dr Arango always takes the time needed with each child. Very professional.

Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with the staff of this office, especially with Mrs. Yohana, she is an extremely dismissive and rude person, she lacks ethics and vocation to work with children, there is no follow-up with the patients who still need support, still having labs and exams pending, they never answer emails, they call to talk to the doctor about some important issue and they always tell you that she will call you and she never does, we have waited for more than 2 hours for my baby to be seen by appointment and her attitude is like "if you don't like it, ma'am, you can go and ask for another appointment" I got to where the doctor is because a relative referred me but I'm not very happy with the service there! Lamentablemente hemos tenido una muy mala experiencia con el personal de esta oficina en especial con la señora yohana, es una persona sumamente displicente y grosera, carece de ética y vocación para trabajar con niños, no hay un seguimiento con los pacientes aún necesitando apoyo, aún teniendo laboratorios y exámenes pendientes, nunca responden los emails, se llama para hablar con la doctora por algún tema importante y siempre te dicen que te llamará y jamás lo hace, hemos esperado por más de 2 horas para que atiendan a mi bebe con previa cita y su actitud es como “si no le gusta señora bien se puede ir y pedir otra cita” llegue donde está doctora por que me la refirió un familiar pero no estoy muy contenta con el servicio de allí!

Dr. Arango has been my 3 children's pediatrician for 14 years. My youngest daughter is a special needs girl and she has always been there for us. She supports us in all the medical and/or surgical processes that we have required. She is an excellent human being, and I highly recommend her. Sofia your nurse is extraordinary too !!! It's been a pleasure to have had the opportunity for Doctor Claudia Arrango to be my three (now adult) kid's physician. Throughout many years there have been many questions, all which have been answered by this amazing doctor. I truly feel that I couldn't have made it without her. She has a great scientific mind a natural calling and is 100% efficient in her field. Her patients AND their parents are very grateful for her kind and loving expertise. I highly recommend her and have throughout her lengthy career.

Best doctor ever

With absolutely no discretion or good clinical judgment, she apparently just read what was on the lab printout and had her staff call us yesterday to notify us that our youngest's labs had come back abnormal and that we needed to be seen this morning, causing a lot of stress and baiting us into the office. Hostage for three hours after waiting ten minutes to find parking, for a hemoglobin 0.2 g/dL below normal. Beyond ridiculous. Even the staff had no idea why we hadn't been seen after only two hours. These have been consistent problems since we began here in January. We're looking for a new pediatrician, and hope to find one before ever having to come here again.

It is unfortunate a dr. like few but 10 years ago! This lady is disrespectful of people's time, apart from being on the moon more and more every day... little objective and a query that is literally a quick mateo, as if she is seeing it is cattle 🐮 and more seriously to a You have to be calling them for the results because my son's results came out wrong and I found out after 3 months since they didn't realize that has happened to me every time... Es lamentable una dra. como pocas pero hace 10 años atrás ! Esta señora es una falta de respeto con el tiempo de las personas aparte de estar cada día más en la luna ... poco objetiva y una consulta que es un mateo literalmente rápido como si esté viendo es ganado 🐮 y de paso más grave a un uno tiene q estarlos llamando para los resultados por q a mi hijo le salieron mal los resultados y me enteré a los 3 meses ya q ellos no se dieron cuenta eso me a pasado en todas las oportunidades...

She is being my kids pediatrician for about 15 years, and she is amazing, always care for her patients, take her time to talk to them. My son has asthma and she is always in touch with us keeping current all his medicines. When you have an emergency you can live a message and she will call you back no matter what time it is.

Best doctor !

Dr. Arango was my pediatrician as a child and now that I am a father I would have no one else but her see my son.
