Mila was an amazing patient coordinator. Super knowledgeable and available to answer and questions I had. She was so responsive and supportive throughout the whole process! Thank you for make this such a good experience :) Dr Deleon does an amazing job- love my results!

BEWARE of the consultants! They will sell you services you can’t even receive because they make commission. Mila recommended the lymphatic massages and I paid $300 on the day of my surgery just for my surgeon Dr.Deleon to tell me I couldn’t get them because of the procedure I was getting. My surgery was December 5th 2023 and they still haven’t refunded me my money. (Over 5 months) It’s a shame they’ll take your money for surgery/services extremely quickly but can’t figure out a refund. Everything else was fine but I shouldn’t have to reach out multiple times a month and get the run around. They’ve been telling me for months, “It will process in 5-7 business days.” Ask your surgeon about post surgery services DO NOT TAKE ADVICE FROM THE CONSULTANTS!

She patiently walked me through every step of the pre-operative process, addressing all of my questions and concerns with utmost care. Melissa's customer service was truly exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed, making herself readily available for any additional support I might need. Her attentiveness and genuine concern for my well-being were unlike anything I have experienced before. The compassion and dedication Melissa exhibited not only made my pre-op experience seamless but also significantly alleviated my anxieties about the surgery. Her professionalism and empathetic approach set a new standard for patient care. In summary, Melissa exemplary support and outstanding customer service played a pivotal role in my positive experience at the Prestige Plastic Surgery. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive and caring coordinator for their surgical journey.

My daughter had Lipo 360 with Dr. DeLeon, her results were amazing and the pre and post care was great as well, Dr DeLeon explained everything in detail and was very attentive before and after surgery. Melissa Nina, front desk and pre surgery staff were extremely polite and caring throughout the whole process. I recommend this center to anyone.

I had my first procedure with Dr. De Leon at Prestige Plastic Surgery and it was fantastic. Melissa is the best pre op coordinator! she’s is the sweetest and funniest! she took such good care of me and assured me that I would look snatched! so happy with my results!!

I went in 4/13/24 for an extended tummy tuck and my entire experience up until the day of my surgery was phenomenal!!! Melissa was great with getting my medical clearance done she’s sooo sweet ! And Isabella was my favorite! She assisted me with preop and post op!!!! There are a couple more people I interacted with and everyone was soooo sweet , very gentle and caring. Dr. Deleon and I only spent a little time together because Hey she’s booked and busy and I understand that but she really has an AMAZING TEAM!!!! Not to mention my tummy tuck looks Incredible!!! My before and afters are breathtaking! Doctor D got me GOOD and SNATCHED!!!!! I love it here at Prestige if I decide to have any more work done I will definitely be back! They treated me so well!!! Thanks Prestige for Everything!!!!! You guys were Great!!!
