Except to the front desk lady the rest of the staff very disrespectful they don’t talk the scream about life they don’t even do their job doctor looks like she doesn’t want to be there very dissatisfied what a shame of latins

Took my daughter for a yearly checkup for school and loved it. Very caring and professional staff.

Nothing to do with the Health professionals but the site manager Barbara however is something else . The VP4Y valet parking damaged my car while I was inside for a Dr appointment and this manager was very dismissive and unbothered about the situation and tried to convince me that it didn’t happen at their facility. Meanwhile her and the valet staff kept going back and forth to look at another car’s rear bumper. I know for a fact it happened there because I had just picked up my car from a paint job 2 days before my visit and I had documents to prove it . I never would’ve waisted my time doing a police report if I had any doubts about it .I always do a quick inspection of my car when I drop it off at the valet and it was so evident that it had just happened. The paint was completely scraped off and there was residue of white paint on it . She claimed that she had to request the camera footage because it was offsite and all she could do was give me a call once they review it . It’s been 2 weeks now and she NEVER called . I called several times trying to reach her only to tell me in an unprofessional manner that “ she doesn’t think they found anything . I requested to see the footage and again got another runaround that I would receive a call back from her once she request it . I am still waiting for this call that I’ll probably never received.

We love Dr. Katz and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Only 2 complaints a minimum hour wait every time small waiting area which is an issue when trying to social distance with kids.

Ok I’m only giving them one star because Dr.Katz was nice and easy to talk too.. the waiting was ridiculous But that wasn’t even the major problem to me the main issue was their lab girl who takes your bloodurine. Etc is so dizzy she told my daughter she had to urinate more to get accurate results or something.. so my daughter was unable to give her more so she said just come back later cause by then we were already ready to go anyways and she threw it out That’s not the bad part... we got a call from the doctor to come in to be seen maybe a week later and the Dr said my daughter had an STd so I was like what ? Her sample wasn’t even taken I wish I had time to sue So once I explained everything to the doctor she ask the lab girl right in front of me what happened and she was Clueless like dumbfounded look. Like “no habla ingles” So i immediately requested she get her test done somewhere else so I took her to the lab place myself the main place that process right away. And her results came back negative.. I just didn’t have the time or energy for that I just never want to experience that again. And I never took my kids back that’s was a year ago and I was suppose to been wrote this review.. but I had other things to do...and I’m sure it’s in my daughter medical files but I never forgot and I wanted this to be known. I wonder can I still sue? Not because money but mainly that this should ever happened to anyone Ever Listen anyone that’s willing to help legally lmk thanks We are still bothered and traumatized
