AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I went in with an emergency ( hives from my feet to my throat ) asking for a reference to get my allergy treatment done, there was no one in the lobby but they told me i wasn't able to be attended me in person because they were full today. They told me the best they can do was a phone consultation. I called my doctor, she attended me immediately & asked me to come inside to look at the hives ( but they were completely booked today right? ) I go inside, she calls me in first thing she says to me is that i have hives ( of course, that's what i explained to her in the first place ) & that she's seen my chart & she see that i'm a smoker and assumes it's from the smoking. Keep in mind i haven't mentioned to her i've smoked recently or how often i smoke nor did she ask when was the last time i smoked, completely unprofessional. Then, i explain to her i already know what i have & that i'm on medication to treat it but that i would like a reference to go get allergy tested because this is the first time it's happened & id like to know what's causing it, she continues to tell me that she can't do that, no one would be able to tell me what caused it, I vouch for myself & explain to her i know countless people who've gotten allergy tested and at this point she gets frustrated & asks to speak to my mother? For reference i'm 20 years old, she has no reason to ask to speak to my mom. Anyway long story short, i call an allergy treatment center and the nice lady on the phone explains that i cannot get tested until the hives are completely treated to make sure i don't react badly to the allergens.

Demasiado demorado en atender al paciente, más de dos horas esperando en el cuarto y aún no atienden. No lo recomiendo

Worst doctor place by far. Never on time. They don’t answer phones , they call you after Two days. They call 20 times for appointment and then will ask you 10 times why there. Doctor office not worth it at all. Terrible service

This is the worst clinic and not really this location is the one in florida city.  Is not the first i even go. The first time i went the doctor was so rude they fo see you foe 2 mins . You don't get to say whats going on . She then send me to a gyn in kendall from thet same clinic another piece of shit clinic. I asked a couple of questions. She truly just brushed me off. The second time it was kinda an emergency and I couldn't change my insurance yet so i had no other choice but to go. First i tell her whats wrong she cuts me off to talk about my gyn results of last yr then she didnt say nothing else but shes gonna prescribe meds and to wear a sling walks out and im like ok . No other info i had to ask all the questions to the receptionist smh. I really hate this clinic is the last time i go. Fuck this clinic

This is the WORST medical/pediatrics EVER. I switched primary doctors recently and wish i never did if i knew how horrible the customer service would be and how their employees speak to you. You cant even get any test results without having to make an appointment first to review them unbelievable!!!! I know during this whole Covid-19 situation everything does take a little longer to make appointments but even before Covid-19 was going on i dont see any major differences in their work/customer service performances. Phone calls take forever to answer and when they pick up they hang up immediately. I was speaking to a lady in the lab department and as i was explaining my question she completely cut me off by transferring me to the front desk where again the line was cut. Terrible service and very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend for anybody to come here. Never been this frustrated over a pediatric place.

The staff is unhelpful and rude. They will begin to help you with your questions and then ignore you to speak to another person before the conversation is over. They schedule you for the same time as 4 other people and you still have to wait over 45+ minutes to see the doctor even if you arrived early or on time.

The front desk and staff are all rude. They ate not helpful at all. They blame everything on the "supervisor" yet when I spoke to the supervisor she helped me and was able to give me the information i needed. The doctor is amazing but her staff sucks.

horrible wait. horrible customer service. no point of making an appointment when regardless if you make it early 65 other people have the same appointment time as you, i think they even forget you are even there and you do not even get called  i have been waiting 3 weeks for results on my blood test to get an ultrasound and i am 4 months pregnant and do not know anything about my health ! HORRIBLE CHANGING IMMEDIATELY

Clinic tends to have long wait times due to scheduling all 40 patients at the same time. Un necessary prosetures are often recommended in order to Rape or take advantage elderly patients health care coverage.
