I’m only giving it a 4 star because the medical assistant wasn’t accurate with the pharmacy. Gave her the address and she sent it to the wrong pharmacy. She didn’t even confirm it repeated the address. I waited for about 30-45 minutes at Walgreens so they can tell me it’s at another location. I’m only writing this so they can please confirm the pharmacy accurately and not waste patients time.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I went in with an emergency ( hives from my feet to my throat ) asking for a reference to get my allergy treatment done, there was no one in the lobby but they told me i wasn't able to be attended me in person because they were full today. They told me the best they can do was a phone consultation. I called my doctor, she attended me immediately & asked me to come inside to look at the hives ( but they were completely booked today right? ) I go inside, she calls me in first thing she says to me is that i have hives ( of course, that's what i explained to her in the first place ) & that she's seen my chart & she see that i'm a smoker and assumes it's from the smoking. Keep in mind i haven't mentioned to her i've smoked recently or how often i smoke nor did she ask when was the last time i smoked, completely unprofessional. Then, i explain to her i already know what i have & that i'm on medication to treat it but that i would like a reference to go get allergy tested because this is the first time it's happened & id like to know what's causing it, she continues to tell me that she can't do that, no one would be able to tell me what caused it, I vouch for myself & explain to her i know countless people who've gotten allergy tested and at this point she gets frustrated & asks to speak to my mother? For reference i'm 20 years old, she has no reason to ask to speak to my mom. Anyway long story short, i call an allergy treatment center and the nice lady on the phone explains that i cannot get tested until the hives are completely treated to make sure i don't react badly to the allergens.

Had an appt for lab work and even with an appt I didn’t get seen until almost 3 hrs later! I had to schedule an appt to get my lab results which I did, but unfortunately could not make it, due to my daughter having a cardiologist appt. I have been calling to get my lab results and they NEVER answer, it’s always a machine saying “we are busy leave a message and we will calll you back”. They never answer or call back.
