Very poor communication from office. Results from lab tests were way too late and needed to call them to get results An appointment for 9:30 i showed up at 9:50, but they told me there is a 20 minute late policy Understood, but that was the day the storm Elsa was coming so it was a little difficult to drive Anyway I will be switching doctors Dr. Menendez was great but unfortunately the rest of the staff is a big mess and hard to trust with my health.

I would not recommend. She did not want to see me because I was 11 minutes late. I work and there is traffic. It takes 3 to 4 months to get an appt and then she cannot see you!! Very bad attention. I felt really disappointed . Changing to a doctor that cares about his/her patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Menendez. She is more than just my doctor, I trust her with my life. She is so warm and make you feel so comfortable. With her help I have been able to overcome a lot of self esteem issues and have managed to find a routine that works for me and my body and have been losing weight a total of 55 pounds lost. Thank you Dr. Menendez

Dr. Menendez is a wonderful doctor who not only listens to her patients, but actually cares about them too. She has been there for me through the hardest year of my life concerning my health. I hope I never lose her as my primary physician!

My primary care physician was not available and the only doctor that could accommodate me was Dr. Menéndez. I am very pleased with her service. She exhibits this wonderful energy. I felt very comfortable during my visit. Immediately after the appt I made her my primary care doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Menéndez.

Great Doctor I have been her patient since day one.I wish I could say the same for her nurse practitioner.Getting a appointment is tuff but when you finally get to see her shes worth the wait.
