Dismissive and Careless, doesn't take the time to listen to patient needs. Overprescribes you medication just to hustle you out of his office so he can end his day. Contradicted himself multiple times during the appointment, what a mess.

Doesn't take the effort to troubleshoot your specific condition/ is not thoughtful. When I asked for more insurance and community resources he shrugged and wouldn't provide me with anything.

Dismissive and careless, overprescribes meds just to get you out. Trigger happy with medication and will overprescribe you and give you lots of bad side effects

Very caring and kind. I have Parkinson’s disease and I had DBS 2021. I have an A-Typical form of Parkinson’s. Dr Luca is a great movement specialist neurologist he is working closely with me to try and figure things out. Still a work in progress and I feel better after every appointment.

Dr. Corneliu, Neurology at UM is good listener, answer all the questions, compassionate and proffessional. My husband is very please, he exceeded our expectations.

After finding out that i had parkinson's and doing everything that my local Dr.'s recommended and taking the medications as prescribed by them and the mayo clinic my wife found this Dr. in Miami. I was up too 19 pills a day and now i take 7, and he is still lowering that #. 3 years after having the DBS surgery i can't describe my feelings or how blessed we feel because of the kindness and caring shown by his staff. When he talks to me and my wife you can't help but feel your in great hands.

Dr.. Luca has seen my mother 3 times in 14 months. Three other neurologists had seen my mom and they basically shrugged their shoulders. My mom's condition is not clear cut and at 75 the first two neurologists shrugged their shoulders as if at her age she should just "put up." The third neurologist shrugged but gave in and approved a referral, recommended we see Dr. Luca. I have found him to be focused, professional, and kind. There has been noticeable improvements in my mom's condition.
