Dalia Lorenzo Md's Online Review Report Card

I don't know Dr. Lorenzo but, The appointment service is the worst I have ever seen. How can you keep a frontline team with this terrible quality?

This complaint is not about Dr. Lorenzo, but about their appointment service. First I set up an appointment for 12/9/2020. When I called later to confirm, I was told there no such appoint in the records. Second, I then tried to make a second appointment, called three times, and spent over an hour waiting. All three times I patiently waited f0r half an hour each time and finally I was not able to get thru. Definitely I will go to another doctor with better appointment service.

Dr. Dalia Lorenzo is very knowledgeable and professional. She was on time and very caring. I highly recommend her.

I could not be any happier with Dr. Dalia Lorenzo. She takes her time to know what your medical history is. She does an extensive and thorough evaluation making you feel confident. Love the fact that provided me all the necessary tools to minimize my migraines. Looking forward to keeping her as my Neurologist in my area.

I was recently hospitalized at Baptist Hospital in Kendall. I eventually had a pacemaker implanted. In the process of diagnosis, I was seen by Dr Dalia Lorenzo to check for neurological causes of my symptoms. As it turns out, Dr Lorenzo is not on my Florida Blue insurance plan. As a result, even though Florida Blue paid three different claims by the doctor, I was billed over $1,000 for her services. According to Florida Blue, they have no right to bill me over and above what they paid because I did not select this doctor. I call the office and was told that it is their policy (and right) to bill me for the difference of what my insurance policy paid and their bill. This is absolutely absurd! Are you supposed to stop every person that comes in your hospital room and check to make sure they are on your plan? I have no plans to pay this bill and will fight it as far as I have to. Buyer (or hospital patient) be ware!
