Hello 👋 I took this moment in the midst of my terrible pain 😞 I assure you that since I had (fusion) surgery on my neck with Dr Dan Cohen since 2009 one November I had a very bad time it was complicated but Dr Dan Cohen did it God I use his hands and kindness. I am very grateful to him and his team at all times. Now I'm looking for another surgery on my lower back, I know that they will help me not to be disabled and to alleviate these terrible pains 😞 thank you for still being Dr, and your team att Amada acuna 🙏 Hola 👋 me tomé este momento en medio de mi terrible dolor 😞 aseguro que desdé una cirugía de (fusión)en mi cuello con el Dr Dan Cohen desde el año 2009 un noviembre la pasé muy mal fue complicado pero el Dr Dan Cohen lo logro Dios uso sus manos y bondad agradezco mucho a él y su equipo en todo momento 😭 gracias por ser tan especial lo recomiendo al 💯 pase todos los riesgos en sus manos estuve segura de no quedar cuadraplegica . ahora lo busco por otra cirugía en mi lumbar,se que me ayudarán a no quedar invalida y a aliviar estos terribles dolores 😞 gracias por estar aún Dr,y su equipo att Amada acuna 🙏

Simply the BEST !! I love this Dr. He is competent, effective, knowledgeable, and a true collaborator with what needs to be done. I have a herniated disc and after some failed Cortizone shots, he knew the PRP would help me. I literally could not walk and then now pretty much pain free! Going through so much pain is scary enough, he made me feel safe and very well taken care of. Plus his staff is lovely.

Dr Cohen did not take the time to properly evaluate my condition ( iris) and therefore recommended and performed the wrong procedure. Luckily for a pain management doctor who has helped me deal with the problems resulting from the wrong procedure. Both he and his assistant treated me like if there was something wrong with my head when I reported all the post-surgery problems.

Dr Cohen has operated on me twice: Once three years ago on my cervical spine, and in October, 2021 on my lumber spine. He also corrected my severe scoliosis. Both surgeries were extremely successful! Dr Cohen is an extraordinary surgeon. His ability to diagnose and correct my problems surgically was genius In my opinion Dr Cohen is the best of the best in orthopedic spine surgery. What I need to also mention is his unbelievable bedside manner. Dr Cohen has a wonderful personality and he evokes a warm and very compassionate aura throughout the entire surgical process! Look no further you have found your top notch orthopedic spine surgeon! I also need to give a shout out to Maria who his Dr Cohen’s surgical coordinator. Maria was so unbelievably helpful to me throughout the entire pre-op and post-op process!

My entire experience with Dr. Cohen over the past 3 years had been nothing short of spectacular! His expertise and genius mind has helped me with my cervical and lumber spines. The unbelievable outcome of my severe scoliosis has wowed all of my family and friends, and especially myself! The combination of his professionalism with his amazing bedside manner is like non other. His incredible personality, and his compassion towards his patients, along with his expert surgical outcomes are top-notch No wonder patients come from around the world to see him! I also want to give a shout out to Maria (Surgical Coordinator) and Yetti (PA) who have both positively contributed to my well-being throughout the surgical process!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for Dr. Dan Cohen. Dr. Cohen is truly EXCEPTIONAL! I honestly think he is one of the best surgeons in all of Florida! And I seriously believe Dr. Dan Cohen is one of the most essential assets of Mount Sinai. He is a gem. For my L5-S1 disc, I needed to have a minor back operation, the pain was radiating to my left leg, and I was in a situation where I could no longer even sit. The pain was excruciating and so he performed a Microdiscectomy surgery. He is an excellent magician. I call him a magician because since surgery, I have not needed to take a single pain killer. I think he performs art, not surgery. I started to walk immediately after the surgery. He is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but he is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient while performing outstanding quality of medical care. And not to leave out his professional staff, they all deserve 5 stars. They are super caring, friendly, and highly skilled like Dr. Cohen. I highly recommend him as a doctor!
