Dr Martínez is every man’s champ. He’s personable and still very professionally, clear, timely and very intentional with his questions and treatments. I had my vasectomy performed by him and because of that great experience decided to go again for other issues. Everyone at the office is friendly, cordial and professional. Can’t recommend Dr Martinez and his office enough!

I liked this place, I felt very welcomed, since it was the first time visiting Dr. Martinez. He’s a great person, very professional and warm, as well as the rest of the personal. I was very impressed with the updated technology they apply, but the only problem I found later is the high cost of their visit charges, even with our insurance coverage, my husband and I had to pay over $250 each

Don't plan on getting an appointment anytime soon. Don't plan on them calling you back. I called them 8x. Add in no call back (when they said they would give the call back). Left messages on the answering service that says they will call back if you leave a message, and yet nothing. 6 weeks later. Confirmed kidney stone. Don't plan on being a patient for 7 years and them caring enough to respect when being told (Physician Assistant) call you with any cancelation that they actually do call. 6 weeks and zero cancelations, doubtful. Find another Urology group that will meet your needs.

It is impossible to get through on the phone. I've been trying for three days to get into my portal and not possible. I've left messages and no one calls me back. Very poor patient service.
